Former Governor Tim Kaine has finally admitted what everyone already knew, that he will run for the US Senate seat vacated by Jim Webb.

Just what Virginia needs, more of Dim Paine, NOT!!!!

As Governor, he asked for a $1.3 BILLION tax increase 3 weeks after taking office. Sadly, he repeated the act the following year. The Legislature learned from believing Mark Warner, that it was not needed.

As Governor, he was unable to improve the transportation infrastructure for 4 years. His VDOT Secretary “lost”$1.4 BILLION during his administration that was discovered by an audit under Governor McDonnell and allocated for road repairs.

Kaine’s signature legislation as governor was a “No Smoking” in restaurants law that is not enforceable!

As DNC, Kaine lead the Democratic party to defeats so bad in 2010 that the Democrats lost control of Congress.

Why would anyone vote for this career politician to be their representative in a federal office? He caused enough problems on a state level, God help the US if Virginia is foolish enough to elect him to the Senate!

Thanks, but NO THANKS Tim!

"It's also important for Obama's re-election prospects to have a powerful Democrat on the ticket in the Senate race, said former Gov. L. Douglas Wilder, the nation's first elected black governor."

LOL Sadly, this article is from Texas and they don't realize Virginians don't listen to Dandy Doug, the former governor that was also the 1st elected Mayor of Richmond after he left the governor's office.

They also don't realize Dandy Doug screwed up so bad as mayor that he couldn't get elected for a 2nd term.

Dandy Doug is not now, and has not been a political force that can be relied on to forecast and political action correctly for a long time. Nobody with an IQ above 50 in this state listens to him any more.

But the dandy dude wilder like kaine is a legend in his own mind. Says a lot for the choices the damocreep party has for 2012. They sure don't have a presidential candidate and now they are conceding webb's seat to the GOP. You gotta love it.

no sweat guys....he will only be seeking the seat. Virginia had enough of that loser. Let's not forget the $1000 fine for speeding. LOL That's fee hiking not a tax rate hike. But I haven't forgotten. What a joke!
