Ben Nelson voted against it. He's heard Nebraskans lay down the law to him, believe me!

That fool Guitieerez has been very vocal on the subject and said there would be major protesting should it fail...I say bring it on. Show your tails...Americans have grown weary of your demands and whining...you will achieve nothing, but do go ahead. More people will wake up to your real agendas.

McCaskill voted for it and now she exposed who she supports.

Her senate seat is up in 2012, time to show her the door.....

The Dream Act revealed a lack of journalist integrity like I've never seen.

Nearly every article was a La Raza press release.
One sided illegal alien sob stories. Every article featuring the extreme exceptions and how not passing it would make the illegal suffer.

Zero stories on how this would hurt Americans, especially the working poor.

Zero stories about the illegal gang bangers and drunk drivers who would be put on a path to citizenship.

Zero articles on how any of this would actually be enforced.

Does anyone believe that after 10 years of legal residency those who didn't complete 2 years of higher education or military would be rounded up and asked to leave?

Integrity in journalism is dead.

The Dream Act revealed a lack of American and Political integrity I've ever seen. The government has given up on getting rid of them, so they devised a plan to make the problem "disappear" by making them legal.

Back to basics first , get serious about sealing the border and then discuss ways to deal with the existing illegal population.

All that the pro-illegals want is a redo of the failed 1986 Immigration law.

Passing the Dream Act with a porous border is just an invitation for millions more to sneak across for the next semi-amnesty.
