I'm sure this will come as a disappointment to many alarmists, but not a surprise, they know that there's as much chance of an international agreement on climate change, as there is of world peace.
Having no one they can complain to that counts, they'll vent their rage on a few sceptics and end up feeling that they've done something useful.

From the article

"In particular, Nkoana-Mashabane and others have called for the meeting to settle:

•Whether wealthy nations really will pony up the $100 billion a year they pledged at Cancun to help poor ones buy cleaner power facilities and adjust to climate effects.

•Verification standards for emissions cuts.

•Management of clean energy project "credits" for forest conservation, in which poor countries are paid to preserve rainforests from development after 2012."

Screw the poor nations, this is the 21st century, let them help themselves, they've had plenty of time to sort out their own messes.

Africa, the origin of man. The people of Africa have had all the time on their hands to create the greatest of all civilizations, but instead several countries are standing still and even moving backwards when it comes to progress.

Remove all dictators and stupid tribal idiots and move on from old traditions. Then, and only then will I even consider donating any of my cash to these people.

As it now stands, a few rob the masses and as I see it, they are only in on this to further increase their wealth.

Durban and The Climate Church ? No, thanks.
