Complete Socialistic installation REQUIRES Climate change legislation to be passed whether it's true or not. What amazes me is that Europe's Socialization has failed miserably yet Obama still insists on bringing it here. It boggles the imagination.

You're right but you must be young. It was a joke - a play on a famous scene from Casablanca.

There is no requriement for every hydro project to 're-establish' the science behind the law of gravity, and as well established science there is no requirement for the EPA to duplicate the work of the climate sciences.

Yeah, "everyone" knows that anthropogenic global warming is "well established science."

No need to look into the manipulations of the data. Just ignore that man behind the curtain.

I wouldn't say criminal, except in a few cases, but definitely unscrupulous.

The term "Green" is synonymous with "Communist".
Obama has taken a good thing and turned it into pure corruption for a non-environmental cause, i.e. Communism.

Big difference. Gravity has been well proven to exist while man made climate change is anything but. If anything the science has changed and the fact is dosn't support the EPA's position in the first place. Or yours for that matter.

The EPA has become the strong-arm of the socialist agenda that Van Jones said would be pushed, and pushed, and pushed, and pushed. Obama is certainly pushing a dead horse up a very steep hill. He must be getting very tired. Solyndra is very, very heavy.

Nonsensical. Every scientific body with significant authority on the issue backs both gravity and AGW theories. The EPA has no authority or credibility to rule separately.

Here’s what the inspector general actually wrote (pdf) in typical dry, bureaucratic prose:“EPA met statutory requirements for rulemaking and generally followed requirements and guidance related to ensuring the quality of the supporting technical information.”

Education is always the best policy. Here is opportunity to post about the paper probably the most quoted in these threads. You'll recognize it, I'm sure.

Abstract
Although preliminary estimates from published literature and expert surveys suggest striking agreement among climate scientists on the tenets of anthropogenic climate change (ACC), the American public expresses substantial doubt about both the anthropogenic cause and the level of scientific agreement underpinning ACC. A broad analysis of the climate scientist community itself, the distribution of credibility of dissenting researchers relative to agreeing researchers, and the level of agreement among top climate experts has not been conducted and would inform future ACC discussions. Here, we use an extensive dataset of 1,372 climate researchers and their publication and citation data to show that (i) 97–98% of the climate researchers most actively publishing in the field surveyed here support the tenets of ACC outlined by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and (ii) the relative climate expertise and scientific prominence of the researchers unconvinced of ACC are substantially below that of the convinced researchers.
..
Results and Discussion
..
We provide a large-scale quantitative assessment of the relative level of agreement, expertise, and prominence in the climate researcher community. We show that the expertise and prominence, two integral components of overall expert credibility, of climate researchers convinced by the evidence of ACC vastly overshadows that of the climate change skeptics and contrarians. This divide is even starker when considering the top researchers in each group. Despite media tendencies to present both sides in ACC debates (9), which can contribute to continued public misunderstanding regarding ACC (7, 11, 12, 14), not all climate researchers are equal in scientific credibility and expertise in the climate system. This extensive analysis of the mainstream versus skeptical/contrarian researchers suggests a strong role for considering expert credibility in the relative weight of and attention to these groups of researchers in future discussions in media, policy, and public forums regarding anthropogenic climate change.

The EPA should be imprisoned. They hurt a lot of little people without any regard for them at all. They are bullies.

Based on what POSSIBLE logic? Rhetoric aside, there is no reason for such as fragmentation. You might as well claim that it should be left to the elves and fairies.
