Senator Inhofe stated several years back that OK has been a donor state for years. That is, OK pays in more than it receives back from the Federal Gov't for highway maintenance. Turnpikes tend to support themselves through tolls, but Interstate highway is the fraud that the Feds have perpetrated on the American people, and especially OK, for years. Spending those gas tax dollars on things other than what they were collected for, is fraud. We'd be in jail if we did that as private citizens. I've traveled I-40 into OK from AR for more than 40 years and every time I cross the OK border westbound from AR, I get angry. The road surface immediately goes to "beat your brains out" status. It's like a line in the sand. AR has no great road on I-40, but drive the OK Interstate in a vehicle that uses 80 or more PSI tire pressure and you feel like grabbing some sorry son of a motherless goat around the throat and throwing them in jail for not using our tax dollars for what they were collected for. As long as people don't care enough to let their Senators and Congressmen know how they feel, this will continue into the future, for a long, long time. It's time for me to write them all again. Feels like I'm preaching to the choir. I know I'm not the only one that cares.

This old punch drunk fool of named Imhofe blew billions of our dollars in Iraq for 8 years and allowed our roads to deteriate. I don't know who is worst him, or the fools who put him in power?

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Virgo

Keep a pinch of salt handy today because not everything you hear will be the gospel truth. Someone might have manipulated the facts to make them sound more acceptable, or they may have got carried away and forgotten to tell you something rather vital. Try to keep misunderstandings to a minimum by being as straightforward and honest as possible, and by not simply assuming that people know what you're talking about and therefore not bothering to explain properly.
