But it isn't just the air ticket because he and his family will get the benefit of every grant, health care and retirement plan that even you couldn't afford.

It took him a couple of weeks or so to get his visa. It takes a US national a year or more to get a visa for his Chinese wife to join him in the USA.

Yes, a friend of mine just married a Chinese women in China. He is back in the States waiting for that very Visa.

My question was rhetorical. Have you heard the latest scam? Foreign nationals file Federal Income tax in the US using an ITIN number. They then claim "additional children" the average refund is about $10,000.00 nice yearly bonus right. The catch is the additional child is living in a foreign nation. They lie and claim to be supporting them in the U S.

Yep sucker is the word. Some receive $30,000.00 refunds? The joke is on the Citizen who pays taxes.
The Revenue department claims they cannot act to close this loophole in the tax law,LOL.

Four billion tax dollars per year are wasted.
