I am not a supporter of either but would go with Kaine just so we don't get that hollow, loud mouth bigot again in the press again.

Allen you had you chance and blew it.

For all you Charlottesville Dems who will vote, that bright orange button in the graphic says "CAST BALLOT." "Cast" refers to a verb--an action word--that describes the act of registering your vote in the fancy machine. After you select all the bedwetter candidates, you then press that big orange button. Then you can turn around, get your little sticker that says "I Voted," and proceed back to the Downtown Mall to panhandle, protest, community organize, or whatever it is you Charlottesville Dems do.
Now that you have been educated on how to vote, try learning a bit about the candidates, okay?

Its terrible that all the candidates spend millions of dollars to get elected when there are so many people in this country that are struggling to survive everyday!! And yes as someone told me both partys are offering a S*** sandwich and whoever can make that S*** sandwich look like steak will get elected but in the end isent it still just a S*** sandwich!

Actually, I did not feel bad when I composed the message. Now, don't you have a foreclosed property in which to squat?

That might explain why the pension system is failing; but don't think VA is the only state that does it, nor even the only corporation that has done it.

So we're just making stuff up now? Are you seriously not aware that Governor McDonnell balanced his last budget by taking money from the VRS?

Taking people's after tax contributions towards their own retirement represents a new low and everybody needs to start asking questions to both political parties. The state is obviously closer to the the edge of the cliff than our not so incisive media has led us to believe.

Why is there a Charlottesville-Greene County comparison in this article? It makes absolutely no sense to equate the two. Charlottesville more than twice the size of Greene County in population. How about some helpful analysis? Racking up 80 percent in Charlottesville means that Kaine is probably around 60 percent in Albemarle. Albemarle and Fairfax typically post similar percentages. Allen would have serious reason to be concerned if he loses Fairfax County by 20 points. Another interesting note from the poll? Kaine is up by 20 points in the Charlottesville Metro Area. Anyone know how much Obama won the area by? That would be about 20 points. Of course this is only a small part of the state population wise, but our numbers shouldn't be considered in a bubble. Much of it can be extrapolated and can be helpful in indicating what is going on statewide.

Then again it is really early, so things may change.

I would never vote for Kaine based on one simple fact: Kaine tried to subvert justice by sending Jens Soering to Germany to serve two years on a LIFE sentence issued by the Bedford, Va Courts.

Kaine did this on his last night iin office without telling many in the victims family...the Haysoms. His weak excuse (look it up)? I wanted to save money on the lifetime imprisionment of Soering AND Kaine wasn't planning to run for office again.

Allen isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he would never release a self confessed convicted murderer who almost severed the heads off their bodies.
