Many of the 11 million illegal immigrants in this country got here through airports, be it in El Paso or Philadelphia. If you live near an international airport, you effectively live in a border state.

It is somewhat hypocritical to say our county border is not secure. Our sheriff drives by these individuals all the time, working hard in his constituents farms day in and day out, he says nothing. Farmers out here appreciate hard working Individuals. If he were to harass the migrant workers they would find a new sheriff that agreed with their views. I like the guy, but he barks a lot to get attention. He is a politician first, then a sheriff.

Perhaps in N.C. you see farming communities that employ seasonal Mexican Migrant workers. Yes those people know their place in this Country and only want to work here and be able to leave this Country unimpeeded. That's not the illegal aliens we are talking about. If you live in any of our larger City's and States, ie California, your opinion would be vastly different. In Utah and Nevada I've watched what's happened to there City's and small towns too. My family employs Mexicans in Nevada. they are forced to hire them because of the need for Mexicans in Hospitality. They have bankrupted Nevada and California. I've watched hospitals close on account of illegal immigration. And Border States including Arizona are not secure. Feeling empathy is a waste of your time. They hate Americans and have ZERO desire to become Americanized.
