These rethugs were elected on a platform of job creation. Now they are trying to destroy an industry that has created more jobs than the rethug dominated legislature ever will. Instead of focusing on jobs the rethugs have wasted most of their time on nanny state legislation designed to intrude into the private lives of Montana citizens.

Republicans in Montana are trying to pass legislation on morality again.
Ad in the procerss, are making it hard on small business owners, again.
They preach about staying out of the lives of citizens, but the reublicans cannot do it. Pot use has not hurt as many Americans as cigarettes, alcohol, or even pharmisutical drugs.

Pot should be legal in all states.
Regulate it and TAX it. With around 20 states with legal pot programs, why does the federal gov even still have pot legislation on the books. Pot should be removed from the federal drug schedule, and be de-crimialized on the federal level. Then the states can pass laws based on what their people want. if your state has a pot law you don't like, move to another state.....(I've been considering it for some time now.)

Cut funding to the DEA. Big waste of money on the federal budget there. No matter how hard they try the DEA can never affect the drug trade by more than 10% A bag of pot has cost $30 since 1982, they really haven't driven up the price, put the smugglers out of business, or cut the demand. The only lives pot has ruined are the folks in jail for use, or sale.
Put the Mexican drug cartels out of business.
Buy American pot.

Essman, or should I say assman, even looks like a typical self righteous rethug! I hope the governor has the good sense to veto any bill that restricts access in any way! These idiots just passed another bill that would allow utilities and private companies to seize any property they want! Rethugs are total scum!
