Have read about this guy spearheading efforts for over a year now. I admire his tenacity and leadership skills. I hope Mr. Graham and his colleagues get their jobs back and put the union back in the union and protect all workers. Kudos and hats off, sir....

Let me ask this? Those last 4-5 years before the plug got pulled, did you have fun at work? Did you look forward to going to work? Can you remember your strongest directors and managers bailing? Do you remember their replacements? And their replacement's replacement? Fun group huh? Well enough of those have made it across the great divide and are infiltrating enough departments at AA that the effect's are starting to show. Due in part to their ability to talk a good line to a uncertain ill prepared unknowing group at AA's executive level. That was the survival skill required in those last years at TWA, say what they want to hear, blame anyone, delegate everything just make sure you are not caught holding the bag human sacrifices are just the cost of doing business. Well just be fore warned it's now at AA. The real talent has been slowly and steadily making their exit's and the predators are starting to spin gold out of straw. No real attempt's at process evaluation and system failure with honest attempts at solutions. Be careful what you plea for you just might get it.
