what i want too know is how much land is this guy getting from the tax payers of utica???? will the tax payers have rights to accesses will utica tax payers have rights to walk on and enjoy this land????? will the city have rights to go on this land at any time day or night ????? will the city have rights to the cell tower use and or money from said tower? because it is taxpayers land ???? we need our leaders to be leaders if this guy is not doing it for profit then their is no problems with the city and tax payers having access and to profit from the tower if not the tax payers then let the city and or state have rights to land at any time period if our leaders give land with no stipulations something is wrong and our leaders are not leaders

Why not a huge LED scrolling banner listing prison visiting hours and directions to the Welfare office? Maybe it could list the house numbers of crack dealers on South St?

I thought this tower was being built of property owned by the NYS Canal Authority? Where did you read that this was city owned property?

its city owned property the city is giving to him and the road to it is city owned property the city should make sure the city and the tax payers have an easement to said property and tower rights

According to the O.D. the tower needed to get state approval because it was going to be erected on land owned by the State Canal Corp. Where did you read that it was city owned land????

Utica was CLOSED for business before this, you see. That's why there weren't any jobs. Took them awhile to figure it out.

It was to be up by mid-April, what happen? Is Utica closed or did some not pay the bill? Or because someone is cheap?
