The internet sales tax and use tax in Pennsylvania are basically a privilege tax for living in the state. Pennylvania feels entitled to all of a consumer resident's POTENTIAL disposable income. The Pennsylvania bureaucrat feels entitled to your money. The state income tax is bad enough. It is extortion. The fact that Pennsylvania puts the title 'tax forgiveness' on what basically is nothing more than a deductable shows their sense of entitlement AND attitude of professional extortionist.
