"GE does not agree with the union's conclusion, as it is based on performance from January to April, when Fort Worth was in its early ramp-up phase," spokeswoman Jennifer Erickson said in a statement. "Our projections stated that Fort Worth's efficiency would surpass Erie's in May -- which it did."

How to fix this problem?

"the key remaining issue is the company's demand that union workers accept a wage freeze."

Looks like the Texas workers and GE will have something in common -- not having to pay taxes.

Conclusions from said article - Forth Worth more productive than Erie. Pay freeze or bye-bye plant.

Listen numbskull, looks like they're still going through their start up phase as GE Erie is now repairing their junk. By the way, their so called "start-up period" started last June 2012.
Don't believe company BS until they have their own study done.

He,he, their own study. How about an independent study, like the GE union did?

Why would they need to do an independent study and how are management "proven" liars?
