Owings girl lobbies Congress to help fight diabetes

A 9-year-old Owings resident learned of the influential power of groups this summer, as she joined one other student from Maryland, 148 other kids and teens throughout the U.S. and seven international delegates to represent the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Children's Congress.
They will have little success with a government that mandates the vaccines that cause diabetes.
