If the law to compensate human rights abuses will enacted si many will claim and entitled to it especially in Mindanao which I think more than half of what has been estimated but never accounted for is in from Mindanao. In our family itself had two victims. In my father clan side 1. in my mother side also had 1 but sad to say that we never complain at that time because justice is very illusive in Mindanao especially during the Marcos regime.
