While I may not have agreed with his stance on several issues, he did see the light of fairness and equality for all Americans and switched to the Democratic party when his original party was highjacked by thugs and mentally-challenged knuckledraggers. Condolences to his family and friends for their loss.
And regarding first comment: why do we allow crank yankers to even access computers? |

I agree. None of the other spineless Repukes voted for the stimulus package. Now Romney and his cronies are trying to purchase the presidency and take credit for reviving the economy. Go figure!!! |

If not for his vote on the stimulus package, we would be in a deeper depression than the 30s. |

The Federal Government is just doing what it did after the Constitution was ratified: assuming all the debts. This is part of it doing so. |

The Constitution empowers Congress to establish and regulate any institutions it deems necessary to carry out the business of government. |

No governmental control= UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
Lewis v. United States, 680 F.2d 1239 (1982) the court ruled that the Federal Reserve Banks are "independent, privately owned and locally controlled corporations", and there is not sufficient "federal government control over 'detailed physical performance' and 'day to day operation'" of the Federal Reserve Bank for it to be considered a federal agency: |

Is that why they are only now "Trying" to pass a bill to audit it Snyper? Is that fixed?
Now, why oh why would a "private bank," with literally no govt oversight that prints money and loans it to the govt and has the taxpayers foot the bill not want to be audited I wonder? The invisible tax is when this current shill prints more money devaluing our currency making the poor poorer. Read the book! |
