How ol is Sen Lautenberg? He retired, then came back again, I know. We need younger people in Congress. Booker at least has his mind about him. Frank babbles on.

Newark is a crime ridden dump that hasn't improved on Booker's watch. It is almost as bad as Philly which, coincidentally, also has incompetent 'leadership.'
