The Courts, not the DOJ will decide if a case is moved forward. I am sure Obama, and Holder don't want anything done about the Obamascam. Just because they are lawless does not mean the whole country is lawless. Thank God for Senator Johnson, unafraid to take on the Corrupt Chicago cabal.

I can understand Obama winning election to the White House. That was decided on a vote by gullible fidiots enthralled b y a smooth talking Chicago street hustler. Holder? I don't understand why he isn't in jail...... His entire career has been spent dancing around the gray edges of illegality.

The now Marxist traitor queer infested DOJ will try to stop challenges to anything Obama, while refusing to enforce Federal laws about immigration (more Democrat voters), illegal drugs (more Democrat voters) and huge increases in racial hate crimes (more vicious Black Democrat voters.)

You don't mind if we wait for the Judge to tell us if it is a nuisance lawsuit do ya? In the meantime I doubt very much this Senator would have brought a lawsuit if he wasn't sure it would stand. No one is above the law. These people thought because they got away with lawlessness for years it would be permitted forever.

The Democrat judges always side with the Left, afraid of losing their jobs or retaliation, so don't count on the judge for obeying the law and doing the right thing. These Democrats will burn in hell for all their wrong doings.

There are conservative Judges. This is an important case. It might go all the way to the Supremes.

I guess you missed the memo/ There are 2 more cases regarding Obamascam being heard before the Supreme Court this Session. You did know the President has altered the law 12 times, didn't you? That means the Court will have to look at it the way it is now, and the way ot was after the original changes were made.

No it's not / you can't prove yourself, sop your opinion means nothing.

Delaying certain aspects of the law are entirely constitutional / as many presidents have delayed specific aspects of laws passed by Congress.

It wasn't Constitutional. Even a President has to answer to the other branches of Government. Only this one tries to ignore that part of the Constitution. He will be called on it.

Not those mandated by the law itself. Keep trying.
