Your issue is with the United States Constitution and the guarantees that are bestowed on American Citizens.
You're not at odds with ideology, you are indifferent to the written provisions that protects all American Citizens as they are specifically laid out in the Constitution. Or you are illiterate.

Both. Move on.
The question was, is Obama white or Black.

"Both" was the anwwer.

This creates some confusion on an intellectual basis.
If Obama is both white and black, please explain why virtually 100 percent of the black population voted for him. What was such a significant motivation for a race that the entirety of the race cast their vote for Obama?

AA set policies at businesses where, initially, there were quotas they followed and the best person for a job wasn't necessarily the one hired because of AA.

Well Affirmative Actions aren't laws.
Affirmative Actions is a set of policies or program that affirms your organization's compliance with the provisions of the 14th Amendment.
There is a general consensus that courts apply slightly less stringent scrutiny to affirmative action programs challenged under Title VII than to those challenged on equal protection grounds. But it remains true that judicial scrutiny under Title VII, though not as searching as judicial scrutiny under the Constitution's equal protection guarantee, is demanding nonetheless

Maybe you should spend time reading the Constitution before commenting on Supreme Court Decisions because is evident you have no idea of what you're taking about.
Besides, Felons have had the right to carry weapons in America longer than not. It's only been illegal for felons to have weapons since 1934.
The Constitution and Fifth Amendment was ratified in 1789

Check past presidencies.

Dufus, you still haven't answered the question. All it takes is to name a source of money.
