It is not Russian aggression people need to consider, as there has been none. It's all tricky and foul smelling propaganda. People need to worry about the screwy US/EU/Soros Axis aggression funding and fomenting murder and mayhem in Ukraine with fifty odd major bank funded NGOs willing to lie in a bloody bed with neo-Nazis to eliminate Russian generosity with discounted natural gas.

After backing a putsch killing 70 people, after threatening Russia for protecting its Naval Base, Obama now says he doesn't want the situation to escalate. What situation is he talking but the one he instigated and escalated?
He complains after a referendum whereby the Crimeans overwhelmingly decided their future, but backs a bunch of unelected Nazi thugs.
He calls for sanctions but imposes them on a few Russians. The. EU sanctions are even more tentative.

How much you want to bet that he still sells wheat to Russia?

America is not weak, but it can be had. The US of A is not as secure as you may think, and Russia is Russia trying to regain it's empire. Forget your hatred of Obama and deal with the real world situation, Obama is not the determinant of world events, or most of those in the US for that matter. Ukraine is most likely lost so worry about the Baltic states and Poland ... Territorial expansion is nothing new in geopolitics, and has been successfully practiced by the USA among many others. Expansion usually involves War.
Keep in mind our country can be reduced to ashes, read the article below, you will not get it in most of the jingoistic US media:

Will it be Estonia or the Eastern Ukraine next.(note: Obama, the weakling, sent combat aircraft to Estonia) Those of you that want a strong US response need to put your body and money where your mouth is. You may need to help fight the ruskies. Either Ukraine or Estonia could use an 'international brigade'.

"Russia is trying to regain its empire."

That must be why Russian military complement remains lower than their allowed allotment, even after the US/EU/Soros influences have poured 5 Billion dollars into Ukraine and top US diplomats have been in the streets with "protesters", not just now, but in 2013. That's a visible presence much larger than any Russian influence.

The only people trying to expand an empire is the US/EU Axix, as they sell American's birthrights to foreign combines, heighten American utility costs and use more of American taxpayer money to do it all. Americans have been snookered by Marxists and they ain't Russian.

Yes Russia is trying to regain it's empire AND the USA and EU are trying to expand their economic and cultural dominance everywhere in the world. It is American Capitalism, not Marxism (which has proved a complete failure) that is the basis for the expansion. American/EU is about making money and using that money as power over others. Russia doesn't want to be dominated. The difference is Russia uses raw power, esp. military and the US/EU use economic power. Choose your oppressor.

If the shoe was on the other foot America would have done the same thing as Russia. America is not weak but to send Kerry over to Ukriane to give false hope makes the US seem confused and off balance.

Not exactly, the USA has not 'annexed' territory since the Spanish American War of 1898. That said the USA intervenes militarily more often that most other countries these days and 'has it's way' with them short of political annexation. That may take the form of leases, as with Panama for building the Canal, or just political and economic domination, like much of Central America, the Dominican Republic, Granada etc. etc. etc. Iraq and the Afgans or still unclear. We have intervened in Mexico several times and, in general, come out with something we can live with.
No doubt the Russians have agents provocateur in Ukraine to start an uprising that will allow them to send in troops and 'take over'. Big powers don't usually allow local feelings get in the way of their goals, but they love diversity because it can be exploited. Given the circumstances in Ukraine the odds are that the Russians will get their way, the cost is to high for the USA to prevent it. To Americans it's not worth War.
Speaking of agents provocateur do an Internet search on Kermit Roosevelt, reading up on his success in Iran will help you understand current events.
