It is the cheapest way out. Lawyers want abiut 7-9 grand to defend DUI up here. convinced my brother i n la to just plead on a second offense. He got 30 days, just what he would have gotten anyway The lawyer would have one nothing for him. e got out in 25 days and stayed sober, while banking more of pay.
