Rand Paul may believe he accomplished forcing any issue of the Federal government once again targeting its own citizenry for eradication to be settled in some form of jurisprudence after the stinking fact. However, the unchallenged abuse of authority in a Socialist mindset bureaucracy is the rule in any tyranny. The carefully chosen words of Holder in his letter DOES NOT establish Executive policy, nor inhibit it from using deadly force against unarmed, innocent and vulnerable women and children, just as another Socialist regime did in 1993 under Clinton's approval. No one has ever been held liable for that horror of sending tanks, snipers and gas attacks at children. If they send drones against some other innocents, the stupid, low information, short memory citizens electing these tyrants to office will forget it and go shopping.

I so love to watch the new Republicans teach people like McCain about the Constitution. That was a real filibuster children. Now if they can just shut the whole Govenment down for a week or 3, we can save some real money. They are cutting expenses, and no children are starving, we didn't even notice it. No doom, and gloom, and the only criminals released were the ones from DHS, and they planned that months ago. Republicans should insist on shoot to kill orders on the illegal aliens who refusto turn themselves in.

Any president has always had the right to use military force on US soil,under certain circumstances, which is what Holder was referring to.
