What is it that you, Mangy Dog I, Mangy Dog II, StrayNasty Dog I, StrayNasty Dog II and others spew on these threads EVERYDAY?

You knowwwwwwww.

The first step is to admit your problem. Once you do that, we can go forward.

That is an excellent first question for self-discovery upon your break-through therapy with Dr. Christo! Tell us your answer to that question, and what you come up with. There may be hope after all. Breathe...in...out...deeply... softly...slowly.

My assistant, you surmise correctly.

Pretty soon, I'll be able to retire and travel the world again.

You will be a great replacement. Though, you are accomplished in your own right. You are as Freud and Einstein. Continue to observe and soak up as much knowledge as possible.

If we crack this case to its successful conclusion, we shall be in line for a Nobel.

Ahhhh, Alfred would be do proud of us!

FYI re: Discovery
Evidence in Zimmerman Case to be Handed to Defense Monday:
Evidence in George Zimmerman’s second-degree murder trial is expected to be provided to his defense lawyer Monday, but the attorney says he will need time to review the materials before they are provided to the media, according to a statement posted on the lawyer’s website.
By law, evidence in a criminal case must be made public once it is provided to the defense. The lawyers in the Zimmerman case got around that by agreeing to an extension of the time the evidence had to be turned over to O’Mara.
Even though the materials were due to be given to the defense attorney on April 27, O’Mara asked the special prosecutor handling the case to hold off on providing him evidence — called “discovery”— to give him time to write a motion asking the judge for special consideration for issues such as withholding witness names from the media.
“It is up to his defense team to decide how to handle these matters,” O’Mara wrote on his website at the time. O’Mara now says he still needs more time.
“The first round of discovery documents in the George Zimmerman Case are most likely to be provided to O’Mara Law Group on Monday, May 14,” O’Mara wrote on his website.“Public release of the discovery may be delayed as we may be filing a motion to further redact information, and an opportunity to review the discovery is necessary to determine the applicability of that motion. While we understand the frustration of those who want to view the information as soon as possible, we believe that Mr. Zimmerman’s right to a fair trial, decided by an impartial, unbiased jury is paramount.”
Attorney Scott Ponce, who represented The Miami Herald and 13 other media companies in a legal quest to keep the file from being sealed, said O’Mara will need a court order.
“Without an order from the court saying otherwise, the discovery materials become public records as soon as they are provided to Mr. Zimmerman,” Ponce said.

IMO the defense will file a motion and delay the release of the discovery to the media for 2 weeks to review the discovery before it is made public.

That will give O'Mara time to files a motion for what he wants to hide from the public. Which will be denied.

Again IMO.

YOU are to BLAME for your parent’s and baby brother’s death. YOU.
I have heard you people here over and over blame Trayvon’s parents for Trayvon’s death.
By that logic, I blame YOU for your parent’s death. You are responsible for their murders.
Maybe you should not have abandoned them that evening by gallivanting around with your friend, and partying at her house that dreadful evening. Maybe you could have saved them if you had been there. Maybe you could have rationalized with these murderers in person. Maybe you could have saved your baby brother’s life, instead of being responsible for his death.
Or, maybe your parents caused their own deaths, and that of your baby brother, by their poor choice of living in a dangerous apartment complex in a dangerous Chicago neighborhood. Chicago is notoriously dangerous.
Bad, bad parenting on your parent’s part. According to your logic, they, and you, are responsible for their slow and painful deaths.
Get over it (as you said to Trayvon’s parents).
Get over it, and move on.
Don’t cry here.
I don't usually use judge its but I did for this post.

Hey, wait a minute Dr. Christo. We are partners, and I think that poor Mrs. Rose has just forced my early retirement. I'll make you a deal you cannot refuse. I will whip you up a quick batch of your famous homemade, freshly squeezed lemonade, with the special sumpin'(per your recipe), if you take the case solo from here. However, I will readily stand by for consult if necessary.

Look! The first pitcher is already finished. How's that?

This is not a bad sign for thee. It will hurt for a moment, but the sting of being stood up won't last long.

Don't look at it as being "dumped." There IS a silver lining.

Now, this is the perfect opportunity to take that next step on your road.

You need some soothing music. Go put something relaxing on. Have a seat or lie down. And we'll go from there.

Let me know when you're ready and we can begin. If you need recommendations on a choice for music, let me know.

I shall fetch Dr. Citizen. Remember, let me know when you are ready.

HERE IS YOUR LATEST LIE....
"We will find out what the prosecution has on Monday. They may have something..."
"We" won't be finding out ANYTHING on Monday, you idiot.
The prosecution turns over material to the defense. The defense (O'Mara) will then go through it and submit to Judge Lester those things he wants shielded from the public. This is called discovery.
Judge Lester will then take those recommendations (known as motions) under advisement and render a ruling on whether he will "seal" them.
Judge Lester either will or will not seal what O'Mara is asking to be sealed. He may seal some of what O'Mara is asking for. He may seal none. Regardless, whatever is not sealed the public will be able to see.
It will take days before Judge Lester makes his ruling, depending on how much O'Mara wants sealed.
I don't know what "you" will be finding out on Monday, but "we" won't be finding out ANYTHING!
Stop being a liar, Truth.
Did you get your daddy's letter?
You are the liar.

Uh oh...we have a change of plans.

Dr. Citizen will not be able to attend. So, we will have to do this another time. I wasn't prepared to do this alone.

I still want you to relax.

Maybe put in an old western movie.

If you have trouble relaxing, just let me know....I'll see what I can do.

Good Doctor Christo:

Might I suggest only 2 things toward your treatment plan with Lil' Rebel this evening? Mix her up a large pitcher of your Most Famous Lemonade Drink (3 parts lemonade, and 1 part anti-freeze [sweetener]) <patent pending>. Next, follow that with your successful breathing treatment exercise which you discussed with another patient this week (right hand over left arm, 90 degree angle, etc). That worked quite well as you recall.

Please make certain that Lil' Rebel understands the importance of turning off her phone, her lights, and locking her door during her entire session. If you are in agreement, please let me know how that goes. I just cannot seem to let go entirely at this early stage of her treatment.

Is Doctor Zazz available for consult this evening?
