OUCH, OH AGONY, AGONY, BOY, you sure showed me with all that genius knowledge you have.

Maybe some day you can steal an Asus and really pretend you know how to tie a shoe.

I bet if you knew who your baby daddy was, he'd be so proud.

No, not any form.

But the forms offered by conservatives are based on a means to eliminated people. Sure, talking about getting the ID is one thing. But actually getting it something else.

Again, the problem I have is the cons should make the primary goal to INCLUDE all Americans, not eliminate them.
Everyone should have either a drivers license or a State issued photo ID card.

This will ensure a fair election with out requiring a new form of ID, which would make us all a little less free.

If somebody has a hardship and cannot afford to pay the $30 to get a State issued ID then the State should cover the cost one time.

lol! So far son you've shown nothing near genius....

... then again, not even close to intelligent

... but then, you don't even reach half way to idiot or moron.

So really son, you're off the charts, only on the bottom end.

I don't hate you,...but it's very strange to see a 17 year old with a racist attitude like you have.

I've haven't met a teenager with a racist attitude in decades.

You are very strange indeed, but I never have and never will hate you.
"You are very strange indeed."

I've been trying to tell you that's NOT a "17 year old girl."

That is "IT."

Today, "IT" is a bit giddy. These days leading up to the Kentucky Derby has caused it quite a bit of angst.

Cut "IT" some slack. Maybe "IT" will calm down and in a few days will be settled down. Maybe if they separate her from her stablemate, it will calm down sooner.

"IT" has been constantly kicking its hoofs at my door, but I ignore it. The television's talking Mr. Ed is enough for me.

Maybe I'll feed her some oats soon. Don't have any around, so i may have to visit the local feed store. See if you can find out which variety of oats it prefers, as I don't converse with it.

I owe you one if you can do that for me. Since I'm out, find out if it's hooves are ok. Maybe it can use some new shoes.

"IT" has a big race coming up soon, "The Fools Think They Are Smart Stakes" race. It is the prohibitive favorite, but any extra edge "IT" can get would be welcomed, I'm sure.

See if "IT" can use a new bridle and saddle. If I can't find new ones, I'll get the best used ones that money can buy.

Common Sense....on a more serious note...

I don't give a rat's turd about that no-good-for-nothing-just-fell- off-a-turnip truck Idiot. "IT" is vile, nasty, filthy, sewer-infested, stinker than 3-minute old elephant dung. I don't believe that idiot is 17 years old and the gender is immaterial.

Anyone that thinks or says what "IT" has, doesn't deserve anyone's gratuity, certainly NOT love. "IT" is the lowest of all human forms and deserves NO pity for any harm that may be bestowed upon them through sickness or any other means.

"IT" should be ashamed of itself!

Common Sense, don't forget to get that info.

Peace out.

Cons just want to eliminate legitimate voters... and make them mad.

BROKAW -- Ruthelle Frank was born on Aug. 21, 1927, in her home in Brokaw. It was a hard birth; there were complications. A doctor had to come up from Wausau to see that she and her mother made it through.

Frank ended up paralyzed on the left side of her body. To this day, she walks with a shuffle and doesn't have much use of one arm.

Her mother recorded her birth in the family Bible. Frank still has it. A few months later, when Ruthelle was baptized, her mother got a notarized certificate of baptism. She still has that document, too.

What she never had -- and in 84 years, never needed -- was a birth certificate.

But without a birth certificate, Frank cannot get a state ID card. And without a state ID card, according to Wisconsin's new voter ID law, she won't be able to vote next year.

A diminutive, fiery woman who has voted in every election since 1948 and is an elected official herself, Frank finds the prospect of being turned away from the polls infuriating.

"It's really crazy," she said this week, sitting at her kitchen table with evidence of her identity spread out before her -- the baptism certificate, a Social Security card, a Medicare statement, a checkbook. "I've got all this proof. You mean to tell me that I'm not a U.S. citizen? That I don't live at 123 First St. in Brokaw?..."

You are wrong on two counts. First, "ALL" pundits don't agree with that assessment. And two, the assessment is false itself."
Let me help you out with what you meant to say....
ALL political pundits will tell u that America is STILL NOT a majority of right of center citizens.
Hope that clears things up a bit for you.
do u normally try to make a counter-point with a FALSE statement as it's basis? or are ur math skills really that bad? I did NOT say 100% of ALL. I said 99% of ALL. that, of course, leaves ur side 1% to put forth its fantasy scenario.
of couse my assessment (and the 99%) is spot on. how else do U explain the lack of amendmends to our Constitution, thus eliminating the arguments of people such as me? I mean, IF they truly had the majority of the people's political POV?
try these numbers on for size: clearly, only 50%(or LESS) of eligible voters vote. of that 50% it is generally acepted that 30% are Rep, 30% are Dem and the remaining 40% are Indies. that 33-40% of Indies are who decides national elections (I say 33% allowing for an even 1/3rd distribution). now Indies are decidedly moderates or slightly conservative (less open to change, hence NOT lefties). add the two numbers, even 33 + 33, and u get a MAJORITY of VOTING Americans either center or right of center. that is NOT a left-leaning majority. again, ur POV is pure fantasy.
if it were NOT, we would already be Socialized like Europe if not out-right Communist like China.
now, our professional pols, both R and D, are overwhelmingly in the Prog SCUM camp. that is why we have kept moving, albeit slowly, to the left, or socialist, side of the political GOVERNMENT spectrem.
this also explains the 50% drop out rate, over these past 60 yrs, of MOSTLY disgusted right, or conservative, leaning voters. they felt the lack of true choice that always shows AFTER the campaign promises and the election results. like Reagan, the Great Conservative... he never really cut Fed govt spending, did he?
a day of right vs left reckoning is coming, like 1860. the question is only how will this time end?

I've been away and I'm still reading Thursday's posts, but..Thanks zazz, good to be back.
The post I made about someone/anyone proving that the events played out the way Zimmerman said wasn't meant as 'prove it' as in a court of law. It was more of a statement that since Zimmerman has lied about so many things, unless what he says can be independantly confirmed, there is nothing he says that I'll believe. That---not racism is what makes me believe he is guilty.

If the left is SO convinced that they are truly the majority of the vote in the US why are they so adamantly AGAINST any form of voter ID law?

<quoted text>I agree with what you are saying about the Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act as a rider & the Tea Party as being the "New Right" which I consider the Tea Party as the Moderates or what the Republicans consider their Liberals within the Republican Party and I consider the GOP or Republican DC establishment as the extreme far right which is promoting Marxism Capitalism which they want to change our whole form of Government and throw the US constitution out in favor of a Plutocracy.
Now see, that right there is what I'm talking about.

You got your sh!t together when talking like that. What, with all those words...Marxism, Capitalism, Plutocracy.

And you arrange them in such a way as to turn a simple-minded person's mind inside out.

Of course, they would need to know the real meaning of words like Moderates, Liberals, Marxism Capitalism and Plutocracy before they could have a meaningful discussion of such terms.

Then you go on to define the republican Party principles perfectly. Of course simpler minds would inquire how you could equate the republican DC establishment as being extreme far right or with promoting Marxism Capitalism. How could that be, they would ask.

But I understand perfectly. We speak the same language. We see things a bit differently, but the same language. I understand.

Now, if I can just get you to stop venturing into King Captain Zimmerman's (the alleged Murderer who had an ex-hoe) actions on that fateful Sunday evening, we'll be on firmer ground.

In any event, good post.
