You mean hard? Or do you mean hard? There is more than one kind of hard. Kind of like hard ice cream? |

UNITED NATIONS — The U.N. Security Council Saturday unanimously imposed travel bans and asset freezes on Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi, members of his family and inner circle amid continuing attacks on anti-government protesters.(U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice votes for a resolution imposing sanctions on the Libyan regime. NBC, msnbc.com and news services updated 2/26/2011 10:19:19 PM ET.... "When atrocities are committed against innocents, the international community must act with one voice — and tonight it has," said Susan Rice, U.S. ambassador to the U.N..... U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon congratulated council members for the unified vote. Earlier in the day, it appeared some countries would not sign on because of concerns about the war crimes investigation. "The text sends a strong message that gross violations of basic human rights will not be tolerated, and that those responsible for grave crimes will be held accountable," said Ban. "I hope the message is heard, and heeded, by the regime in Libya." Richard Dicker, director of Human Rights Watch's international justice program, said the council action "sends a powerful signal on behalf of justice for the people of Libya and all others victimized by mass force and violence." The uprising that began Feb. 15 has swept over nearly the entire eastern half of the country, breaking cities there out of his regime's hold. Gadhafi and his backers continue to hold the capital Tripoli and have threatened to put down protests aggressively..... "Gadhafi has lost the confidence of his people and he should go without further bloodshed and violence," Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said. "The Libyan people deserve a government that is responsive to their aspirations and that protects their universally recognized human rights." Britain and Canada, meanwhile, temporarily suspended operations at their embassies in Tripoli and evacuated their diplomatic staff. 2/26/2011 Past subjects of IEEPA emergencies Haiti (1991–1994) Iraq (1990-2004 for invading Kuwait) Kuwait (1990–1991, while occupied by Iraq) Liberia (2001-2004 for human rights violations) Libya (1986-2004 for sponsoring terrorism) WTH we doing in Libya? Another one, bring'em on. Something tells me that you guys are NOT truly convinced over your own haughtiness here. ACA will not only micromanage healthcare to the bone, but will also make salaries plummet over times. Don't worry, we docs will be fine, either switching to concierge medicine, doing Locums only, working urgent care or maybe becoming a RAC auditor and denying payments to other docs. Romney said ONE thing the retirees could not have picked up. he is taking 800 bills from MEDICARe to pay for Obamacare. Guess what!! I got news for you all. I see people EVERY SHIFT that has Medicare, but cannot find a new Primary Care physician after the old one retired. This will get worse and I am sick and tired of having to deal with it 24/7 because politicians think they know so much better than us in the field. Let's take it on guys.. Let me know if you are interested in me proving myself furthermore or if you prefer to keep this at the ridicule stage only... Sincerely, Another fedUp MD that is too stupid, you know.... |

Check yourself. Read my last sentence, Doc. |
When I was a kid, I had a part time job cleaning floors in the ER. Great entertainment on Saturday night if you are not squeemish. The autopsy room was pretty cool too. No bodies, but just knowing what when on in there was more than enough for us. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Post election statistics show Obama had overwhelming support from non-taxpayers (those with income under $30K). Without them, he doesn't win. Same thing happened in 2008. Free stuff buys votes. |

Okay. Checked myself, balls seem to be in good working order, part one complete. Now for part two, which last sentence are we talking about? |
