I don't know. The highest it's been under Obama is 10.1 per cent in Ocotober 2009. At the time of the election in November 2012, it was at 7.8 per cent.
Selective numbers are funny. Maybe if you count all the unemployed, not just the ones that make Obama look not as bad.

What's your point. Who did he give it too and who approved it. Who had control of congress, Obama voted Yes for TARP and then got to spend half of it while charging the debt to Bush. Very cute huh.

Obama has not created one single job, except the temporary ones in failed green energy schemes which we are footing the bill for. On the contrary, his anti business policies and executive fiat orders are destroying jobs.
Gee, that's funny. I thought you right wing patriots relied upon the holy "free market", not the government. Now you claim that it's the President's responsibility to "create jobs". I agree with you that Obama has not created one single job. I would be irritated if he did. That's not his responsibility. Sounds like the free market is looking for some kind of "handout" from the government. Shame on you!

I guess you're too calm to answer hard questions? Or does calm mean "stoned"? Perhaps you're just carefully formulating your answers.

Rubbish. At least you do admit Snore's greed and hypocrisy, however i claim it's a fault of numerous libs, not oil loving conservatives. We appreciate the benefits of oil.
Fair enough. And I'm sure big oil appreciates your willingness to serve as its lackey. Maybe you should start a petition drive to force the people of the Gulf Coast to apologize for any inconvenience that BP suffered. Get to work on that, would you? Those poor, downtrodden oil companies need all the help they can get.

I can just imagine your slack-jawed friends, reading your post, slapping their knees, and yelling, "Haw-haw! That's a-tellin''im!" as tobacco juice dribbles down their chins, and splatters onto the pages of their latest issue of Mad Magazine.

But I guess I can't blame you for not addressing my actual arguments.

Obama Advisor: Hagel Will Bring ‘Huge Cuts’ to the Military
www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/obama-advisor...... today’s New York Times, David Brooks argues persuasively that Chuck Hagel has been nominated to help Barack Obama dramatically cut defense spending. Chuck Hagel ...
I hope we make dramatic cuts to the military spending. The US is 4% of the worlds population but spends more than the next 10 nations combined. The US spend 45% of ALL the money spent each year by anyone on military. The US could cut it's military spending almost in half and still be out spending any other nation.
33 Nations bombed and/or invaded by the US since WWII. Which of the 33 made us safer?

It was bushie proposal approved by Congress.

As for Obama's vote, so what? If Obama had voted no but still got the money, you think it would make a difference?

I think not!

And he probably made a lot of money on the deal too. Here is this evil liberal Al Gore, who is not nearly as virtuous as you, but probably much wealthier, and with a lot more influence than you will ever have. Oh, that's gotta burn!

You know, American Man, you raise an interesting point. As you say, the American military is without a doubt the most powerful in the world. We have the power to destroy any enemy that comes at us. The U.S is more powerful than any nation on Earth. And yet, the right wingers are always crying that we are not safe. Any suggestion that we cut military spending causes the right wingers to start screaming that our country is being put at risk. All I have heard from the right since I can remember is "Danger! We're in danger! They are going to get us!" (They being communists, terrorists, Hugo Chavez, or whoever)

Everyday, the right wing finds new boogie men to be afraid of. You know, when you think about it, even though they strut around and act like such tough guys, right wingers are really the biggest pussies in the world.
