Doctors as a rule provide thousands of free services every year without getting a FREE front page publicity ad in the newspaper and on TV . A service yes, free to patient yes , but our Teaparty DR. Gets paid plenty in publicity!!

Christian outreach is unequaled in its outreach to the poor. Dr. Paul performing free eye surgeries reminds of knowing another eye surgeon, who would shut down her office for a month every year, take her staff and her equipment to various foreign countries to perform free eye surgeries for the needy and their children. It is a fine reminder of the Christian heart and soul enabling medicine and science throughout the centuries, that Dr. Paul would take time to service and heal those in need.

What have atheists and the dedicated, cynical and dopey young punks and takers ever done en masse for the world and its poor... rape nine year old boys next to their hot tubs in Hollywood?

Can you imagine the strength of character and purpose it takes for a man burdened with constant requirement from his service in the US Senate to take time to keep up on the current medical literature and procedures, then insuring his handiness and viability as a surgeon by actually performing hands-on surgeries? Then, not only exercising his skills, but exercising his heart as he gives to the needy is not something to be diminished in any way whatsoever.

Kudos to a mind and heart dedicated to service and confrontation with sin.

Hey, that smart, well developed response could be from only one toilet sniffer in Trigg County. It's the Cadiz Gay Avenger! Fresh out of the Trigg County Jail. I bet the soap will welcome the break from being dropped. I hope your Justin Bieber pics weren't thrown away by your mom like the last time you were in the "pokie". Say, when are you going to become the first gay taliban member? Might be a good way to get a hug in the Rose Garden.

God bless Dr. Rand Paul for serving others. I hope he continues to help people see who cannot afford the procedures necessary.

God bless those who do good, regardless of their political opinions. I think we need to leave it at that.

Good job, Dr. Paul. Keep it up.
