If you are a Democrat what else is there? Everyone on Topix knew Clinton was lying about TWA 800 at the time. Clinton was no better then Obama, both Muslim sympathizers. And Democrats think this can come out now, and Hillary will get elected President? Of what, the local whore house?

I offered to bush, Osama on a silver platter many times, right after the 9/11 attacks. All I wanted was $10 million to cover expenses. bush never took my up on my offer.

The deal is, there's so many totally useless, self centered elitists in the Senate that it would be impossible to prevent this disaster of a bill from passing. There are just too many defective people in the Senate. It's probably the worst collection of legislators ever collected. And they're so far out of touch with reality that they actually think they have an idea what they are doing. They're an embarrassment to this country but they are too stupid to be embarrassed of themselves.

Of course it will pass in the Senate, it is the House that will put a screeching halt to their dream of ripping off American taxpayers for more new phones. A bunch of new H S graduates hang out at my house with my children. They have their first job, paying their first taxes. I said to them every pay day take note of how much you make working fairly hard, and how much you pay in taxes. Then realize the taxes are going for people who won't work, but they have everything you have, even a free phone, and they do nothing. Then go vote Democrat so they can give away some more freebies. They got the message.

if they refused to fix the broken immigration system you will be paying more taxes trying to deport million of people with million of roots here like children citizen. It will be so stupid to think the issue is so simple.

It is simple, because these criminals can apply to come to America legally. They don't have to be criminals. They become criminals because that is what they are, criminals. If they don't respect the border laws what makes you think they will obey any other laws? They don't make good citizens.

We have people with more credibility then you saying Clinton, and his people lied. So I doubt anyone will believe the word of a liberal Democrat that lies for the Government all the time. Come back when you are all grown up.

Thats so ironic, you asking why I want to give him money? Its Liberals who believe in giving money away and have compassion for Muslim Murderer's or just anyone killing Americans.

Have you ever listened to a liberal??? And I don't mean most of the democrats who simply enable republicans. And I don't mean faux liberals like Combs who can't think of a thing bush did wrong. Giving money away??? That is exactly what the GOP does, which is why they created the massive federal debt.

Instead liberals (talking from my own experience) want opportunity for all, not just the rich. Everyone should have a chance. Working hard and smart should be rewarded, not just having all the fruit of the labor going to a few lazy rich guys. Winning the lottery should not be the only way to secure retirement.

As to compassion, it is typical that the right caters to religious fanatics. It was Jesus Christ who said to turn the other cheek; do good unto them that spitefully use you.(OK, this is from memory so it might not be word perfect.) Show me any republican/conservative who favors this philosophy. So why should any "Christian" fall for republican lies? Oh, and by the way, having compassion, doesn't mean you give them another gun. Instead you make them undo the damage they have done; and falling short of that goal, you make them do as much as they can.

This Corker, Hoevan amendment is more of a CON than a compromise. It's just a new set of promises that nobody intends to implement, which will make it easier for neocon phonies to defend their yes vote. The one good thing that comes out of this is that Corker and Hoevan have exposed themselves as the weasels they are.

I'm all for helping, Republicans do more for charity thanANY LIBERAl. Look it up. Maybe I'm being selfish but I don't believe that we should have illegals over here, making their life better , while we have nothing. I don't believe that Liberals care about anyone other than themselves. Illegals just make their party stronger. Most of them don't have more than a 10th grade education. You tell me how those people will increase the economy and we will no longer have to pay for them.

What you mean is Republicans claim more charitable deductions than anyone else. That doesn't mean they give more, just that they want more money. I don't believe in any way that republicans are charitable. People like Romney who stole hundreds of millions of retirement dollars are not going to help others. He is only in it for himself. That is the typical republican mantra. How many times have you heard that we should end welfare and let people starve to death from the GOP?

As to illegals, if you don't want them here, why do you stay a republican? It was Reagan who made it clear the laws against companies hiring illegals would not be enforced. Since then we have had a flood of illegals, trying to escape the right wing policies and economic devastation of their own nation. Of course the GOP gets massive election "donations" from this effort. Illegals can't and shouldn't be allowed to vote, so how are they in one camp or the other? It looks to me like GOP hate propaganda.

If we simply overturned Reagan and started enforcing the laws against corporations for hiring illegals, most of the problem would go away. Why does the GOP oppose this policy of enforcing the law?

I remember when Billy Clinton tried to deduct $10 a pair for the used silk underwear he gave to the clothing drive. That was too funny.

That's all we need to do is inforce the laws that exist already but Obama and the DOJ stop them. Cause it might interfere with them getting more votes
yes Reagan let in 3 million illegals with a promise from Dems they'd .build fence and secure Border. They lie everytime, so why is this different.

This isn't different. People who do not respect the Border will not pay the fines, learn English, get jobs, or stop bringing their illegal alien relatives across the border in the trunk of their cars

No. The problem, like you said is the government doesn't enforce the laws against hiring illegals. Reagan stopped the enforcement. There is no way around it. Bush sr didn't change that policy and continued to refuse enforcement. Clinton also went along and refused enforcement. bush sr, and Obama went along and refused enforcement. The conservatives oppose enforcement of that law because they want corporations to be able to hire people at less than min wage and not pay taxes. That makes all those presidents conservative, to some extent.

Building the fence is just a waste of money. If we build a fence, the people wanting to come will either have a ladder or a shovel. There are already tunnels bringing illegal drugs across the border. It is just a scam, to increase the debt, and claim that is a reason to refuse food to children. Remember the conservative pledge, to drown government in the bathtub.

As to the dems lying every time, they do lie quite often. Too many are bought and paid for, just like the republicans who represent the extremely wealthy, and will stab the public in the back every chance they get. Look at Nancy Pelosi. Even before she became the majority leader in the House, she said oversight of bush was off the table. She would make sure there would never be a congressional investigation of the crimes of the bush administration. It didn't matter how many laws he had broken, or would break, he was above the law.
