No. Criminals should never be rewarded for their crimes or benefit from the crimes of their parent.

Our Sovereignty has been robbed from us. This Country has no real Law enforcement until the criminal aliens get into trouble or kill's Americans. Hell no. Get rid of a few millions and maybe then talk about the path.

Yes........ but to be fair we must send C17's to fetch an equal number of African peasants who have no respect for us and no interest in obeying our laws.... in the name of "Social Justice".

One of the greatest deterrents would be, if caught, you were automatically barred from US for life! Some it would...

No illegal should be given citizenship. Send them to a tent city jail in North Dakota and let them buy there own cold weather gear. If they don't have the money let them freeze to death and then bulldose them into a ditch. No names ages or IQ's need be known

Then return California, Az, New Mexico, Utah and Nevada for stealing it by force from Mexico! That's were the original sin was committed by your criminals James Polk, Zachari Taylor,Courtney, Scott, and the rest of the racist that ruled your as8hole country!

Of course, Canadian and UK are not criminal. They are welcome to take high salary jobs and displaced the locals! Their accent and optical appearance is confy and sufficient to ignore their crime against the US!

Are you referring to the Treat of Guadalupe Hidalgo where the U.S. paid Mexico $15,000,000 for the land?

Look at an alternative proposal for immigration reform WITHOUT a pathway to citizenship contained in the first four posts on the thread:

Nothing was stolen, it was paid for in full in two seperate land deals. Just because the then new government of Mexihole did not like the deal the former government made does not make it any less of a legal deal.
Candadians, asians, and others come to this country legally and work here legally, and pay taxes and their bills. Something the vast majority of latins do not do. They simply take and expect more out os some sense of entitlement that reflects their inbred ignorance.

"A new global poll by Ipsos measuring citizensí perception of immigration in 24 countries has just been released. Despite what politicians around the world would have their countrymen believe, the average person isnít buying the benefits of current immigration policy.

The poll proves that our collective gut is indeed in line with reality: 80% of world citizens, from Russia and Brazil to America and India, feel that immigration has increased over the past five years, with 52% feeling itís too much. Of respondents, 45% believe this immigration has a negative impact. This is legal, above-board immigration with which people are taking issue.
While politicians in America typically focus on the 12 million or so illegal immigrants, they often ignore that the country is taking in new legal immigrants at a rate of over a million every year.

America may have been built on immigration, but it wasnít the kind of mass Third World immigration that weíve been seeing over the past 40 years. The Left originally introduced the concept of Third World multiculturalism to America during the Lyndon Johnson presidency through the Democratic Partyís Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965. It was born of white guilt overkill in the shade of the Civil Rights Movement."

Hey Munson, does it hurt to be as stupid as you are? A quick read of your ridiculous comment indicates you are either a poorly educated Mexican wet ba ck OR a misguided, wet ba ck-loving liberal American who thinks that Mexicans are not lying, stealing, greedy scum.
Here's a hint: you know those brown things that fall out of you in the morning? Well, you should flush them, not use them for brains, a common Mexican mistake.

Did they do this to your grandparents or great grandparents? If they did. I agree with you. Otherwise they should be granted citizenship. MF!

Affording a pathway to citizenship for 11 million people (which will probably turn into 20 million when it happens) is a signal to anybody else waiting to enter legally that they shouldn't be bothered waiting. Just come on over now, and eventually, the USA will provide you a way to become one of us.

Personally, I make distinctions for those who were brought here as children and who have grown up only knowing the USA as home. If they've kept their noses clean, stayed in school and graduated with no criminal record, provide them a path at the back of the line. Otherwise, no adult who knowingly (and they all knew) violated our laws of entry is worthy of the highest honor this nation can bestow: citizenship.

Beyond that, they would heap a huge burden onto our Social Welfare system of entitlements - guaranteeing that Social Security and Medicare will face even steeper cuts than they are already facing. We cannot afford them as either LPRs or citizens. Let them convert to temporary guest workers if they've been here and worked no less than 5 years or more. Less than that? They can't stay, and America's unemployed can get back in the game.

Just curious, so what's to stop others from dumping their "kids" on us? As you probably know, Chinese are coming her specifically to give birth and leave...mexicans come to give birth and stay! Whatever leniency you give, they find a loop hole to jump through! Parents do this because they know we will take care of them and not punish the parents. If they knew we gave no breaks to their children, this would probably stop it! Look at how the parents are quietly waiting in the wings for their children to accomplish this crap for all of them!!!

It's coming to a halt. The money to support this fraud from birth to grave is just not there anymore. Taxpayers losing jobs and poor/uneducated coming in?,,,It's unsustainable. Just sit back and watch !

Yes. We must reward the foreigners for ignoring our immigration laws and force our kids to pay through the nose for our failure as citizens and parents. Our children must pay the price because we were too weak minded and limpwristed to stop the madness of being colonized by the benefit and service starved millions.

That treaty was equal to me pointing a gun at your head and telling you to sell me your 2013 Lamborghini for $1000 bucks or else I shoot you.

In 1848, 500,000 square miles was purchased for $15,000,000. That turns out to $30 bucks an acre. That's about 160 million in 2013 dollars or $320 bucks an acre in 2013. Talk about a steal.

Purchasing land while placing Mexico under duress is what happened, yet you wonder why Mexicans are so bitter and hostile today.

So the next time you try to rationalize the land theft of Mexico by claiming the USA paid for it is a very weak argument.

You're better off sticking to what I always tell the Mexicans when they play the victim card... tough shit, you lost.
