GOP's senator's sex scandal could show up in Obamacare debate

Sep 13, 2013 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: New York Daily News

Sen. David Vitter, whose phone number was found in the black book of D.C. Madam Deborah Jeane Palfrey in 2007, admitted to committing a 'serious sin,' but called the political move by Harry Reid - a proposal to refuse contributions to legislators healthcare if a pol solicited a prostitute - the act of an 'old-time Vegas mafia thug' and 'desperate.'

after bill Clinton got away with his sex scandal, anything else is a non event.

a lonely senator a long way from home is not on the same scale as the Prez of the US getting his knob waxed under the table in the oval office during working hours.

While I love to see these 'family values'
pricks get caught if the incident has nothing to do with the issue at hand it is off topic and unnecessary!

Not true. If a Republican does it the 24 hour cable media goes totally bonkers over it.

He's the worst Senate majority leader in history. Most of them fade into history. harry will be remembered as being instrumental in America's demise.

after all the time you and your media spent on weiner and spitzer

oh yes and one big difference between Democrats. and G.O.P. on how to treat these people...

Wiener and Spitzer were rejected by the democrats
While the G.O.P. re-elected Vitter

Idiot... the house has passed several budgets only to be held by the senate. The moron in the WH had his own budget proposal voted down by both sides....he got "zero" votes from his own party. LMAO

The demorats are useless...guess there wasn't enough taxes, kickbacks and pork for the demcrat congress to sneak through.

Of course, the teabagger "budget".

The Path to Prosperity. House Republicans are advancing a plan of action for American renewal.

House Budget Committee - Fiscal Year 2013 Budget Resolution.

Our budget:

"Cuts government spending to protect hardworking taxpayers".

Except for the military.

Teabaggers love the military industrial complex.

"Tackles the drivers of our debt, so our troops don’t pay the price for Washington’s failure to take action".

B.S.(See above)

"Restores economic freedom and ensures a level playing field for all by putting an end to special-interest favoritism and corporate welfare".

B.S.(See below)

"Reverses the President’s policies that drive up gas prices, and instead promotes an all-of the-above strategy for unlocking American energy production to help lower costs, create jobs, and reduce dependence on foreign oil".

Teabaggers want to drill more, so we can export more.

"Strengthens health and retirement security by taking power away from government bureaucrats and empowering patients instead with control over their own care".

Teabaggers want to leave it as it is, empowering insurance companies and for profit hospitals.

"Reforms our broken tax code to spur job creation and economic opportunity by lowering rates, closing loopholes, and putting hardworking taxpayers ahead of special interests".

Just like Reagan, "trickle down" poverty.

That's not a "budget" it's teabagger talking points.

A path to America's demise.

Poor teabagger.

"baggEE"?

STILL a dud?

Is that what teabaggers call their new recruits?

When do they become teabaggers?

When they can translate "opinion" into fact with a straight face?

Republicans start wars, they rely on others to finish them.

Poor teabagger.

A baggEE becomes a baggER when they develop higher intelligence, leave the liberals, and join the Republican party.

You should try it.

Of course.

Higher "intelligence".

"He who warned, uh, the British that they weren't gonna be takin' away our arms, uh, by ringing those bells, and um, makin' sure as he's riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells that we were going to be sure and we were going to be free, and we were going to be armed." --Sarah Palin, botching the history of Paul Revere's midnight ride, June 3, 2011

"Paul Revere did warn the British. And in a shout-out, gotcha-type of question that was asked of me, I answered candidly. And I know my American history." --Sarah Palin, defending her botched Paul Revere history lesson by taking issue with the reporter, who simply asked her "What have you seen so far today, and what are you going to take away from your visit?" (Fox News Sunday interview, June 5, 2011)

"This is Reagan country . Yeah! And perhaps it was destiny that the man who went to California's Eureka College would become so woven within and inter-linked to the Golden State." --Sarah Palin, blundering on Reagan's education while speaking at a fundraiser at California State University-Stanislaus. Eureka College is in Illinois.(June 25, 2010)

Go back to what our founders and our founding documents meant -- they're quite clear -- that we would create law based on the God of the bible and the Ten Commandments." –-Sarah Palin, arguing that Judeo-Christian belief was the basis for American law and should continue to be used as a guiding force for creating future legislation, interview with Bill O'Reilly, May 6, 2010

As for that VP talk all the time, I'll tell you, I still can't answer that question until somebody answers for me what is it exactly that the VP does every day?" --Sarah Palin, interview with CNBC's "Kudlow & Co", July 2008

"They're in charge of the U.S. Senate so if they want to they can really get in there with the senators and make a lot of good policy changes that will make life better for Brandon and his family and his classroom." --Sarah Palin, getting the vice president's constitutional role wrong after being asked by a third grader what the vice president does, interview with NBC affiliate KUSA in Colorado, Oct. 21, 2008

"I think on a national level your department of law there in the White House would look at some of the things that we've been charged with and automatically throw them out," she said.

Palin said there is a difference between the White House and what she has experienced in Alaska. If she were in the White House the "department of law" would protect her from baseless ethical allegations.

And she is the "smart" one.

Poor teabagger.

California shit-canned raygun's trickle down and the abysmal memory of schwarzie, raised taxes with voter approval and have the top 1% paying their share. The result? California will be posting a surplus in the billions. While red states all stalling. What is that tbagging cons do?
