This is so not true. I worked with him and although he did get fired it wasn't because he failed a drug test. I didn't find the show funny and probably won't watch it again, but Shaine was a very good guy and very funny.

He was such a very good and funny guy, he laughed his way right out of a job. But he should be making big bucks for his acting role, but he won't miss his pay check from the trash company. Good move on the part of this company. Who wants someone with his mentality picking up trash anyway.

Read the article, he was let go long before filming started, his firing had nothing to do with the show.

With how much money he should be making right now, he better not miss his trash pickup paychecks, lol. I just saw the premier last night and my wife hated it. But the guys in my office at DISH have been talking about it for days, so I know they are famous enough to be making money already. And that kid is a bunch of laughs. If he keeps it up I am going to end up recording every episode on my DISH Hoper. It stores over 2,000 hours of entertainment, so my wife won’t get mad about the DVR space it is going to take up like she used to. I just record what I want and she does the same. It is like we both have complete control of the television, without having any of the sacrifice.

Here's what really happened!

I heard they let him go because he used the trash truck late one night without being authorized and picked up his date and took her out. Supposedly his Chevette was broken down so he picked up his date and the two went to the movies.

He parked the truck across the street form Park Place cinemas downtown underneath the BB&T parking garage.

He even drove it to Lonestar steakhouse in Kanawha City to have dinner.

If you would have actually read the article, he was fired MONTHS, not years, before filming began.

You people LOVE to run your mouths about shit you THINK you know, don't you?

Typical teens having a good time. They're enjoying the fame of their life time. They appear to be good kids, and I hope they'll take something positive from this time in their life..And to all you naysayers and critics of buck-wild! Have you forgotten that you were once teen agers?

Actually only one or two of them are "teens", all of them are over the age of 18, and should be worrying about what comes after being washed up.

Majority of them are NOT teenagers, that Salwa nut is almost 25, WTF?!

I have not forgotten when I was a teenager, I got a JOB rather than spending time & money that I didn't earn raising hell.

Like you, it takes some kids a little longer to reach maturity! You shouldn't be too concerned about those kids and what they are doing, because I'm sure you really don't give a dang as to what happens to them in the future. Allot of jealousy comes when some kids get a chance to expose themselves to the public like these kids have been doing, so get used to these BUCK-WILD kids, I wish the best for them.
