Who said anything about criminals? You well know that unlawful presence is a civil violation. This places it into the same legal classification as a traffic ticket.

Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts

Any alien who
(1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or
(2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or
(3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.

(B) Present in violation of law
Any alien who is present in the United States in violation of this chapter or any other law of the United States, or whose nonimmigrant visa (or other documentation authorizing admission into the United States as a nonimmigrant) has been revoked under section 1201(i) of this title, is deportable.

(B) Failure to register or falsification of documents
(C) Document fraud
(D) Falsely claiming citizenship
(5) Public charge
Any alien who, within five years after the date of entry, has become a public charge from causes not affirmatively shown to have arisen since entry is deportable.
(6) Unlawful voters

– Using false documents to be employed: A maximum penalty of 10 years without parole in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000.
– Making a false statement on an I-9: A maximum penalty of 5 years in federal prison without parole and a fine up to $250,000.
– Misusing a Social Security number: A maximum penalty of 5 years in federal prison without parole and a fine up to $250,000.
– Making a false claim of resident alien status: A maximum penalty of 5 years in federal prison without parole and a fine up to $250,000.
– Using false documents with intent to defraud the United States: A maximum penalty of 15 years in federal prison without parole and a fine up to $250,000.
– Possession of false United States documents: A maximum penalty of 15 years in federal prison without parole and a fine up to $250,000.
– Aggravated identity theft: A mandatory penalty of 2 years in federal prison to run consecutively to any other sentence, and a fine up to $250,000.
United States Law concerning Document Fraud
1512 Prohibited Acts—18 U.S.C.§ 1028

In order for an illegal alien to become employed in the USA, he or she must fill out a social security number on an I-9.
A few illegal aliens do obtain an ITIN - "tax number".
The ITIN does not go on an I-9.
The ITIN numbers do not match social security numbers. If an illegal alien fills out an I-9 with an ITIN, the number will come back immediately as an "invalid" social security number.
Therefore, illegal aliens with and without ITINs who work at any job in the USA, have to have a social security number to put on the I-9.

Illegal aliens use fraudulent social security numbers on I-9s.
A fraudulent social security number is any number that is "made up", "bought", "stolen", "borrowed", "belonging to someone else", etc... in other words, any social security number being used by an illegal alien to work here is a fraudulent number.
Using a fraudulent social security number is a crime.

Nonpayment of federal and state income taxes are crimes:
Those who are caught evading taxes are subject to criminal prosecution and financial penalties by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Illegal entry to the USA carrys a sentence of imprisonment up to 6 months in federal prison on the first offense, which makes it a crime, not a civil offense.
Civil offenses do not carry sentences of jail time, only monetary compenation.

Illegal entry to the USA is a crime.
Illegal presence in the USA, in violation of law, is a crime.

Using a fraudulent social security number on any document, including an I-9 form for employment, which all employees in the USA have to fill out is a FELONY FEDERAL CRIME.
As is:falsification of documents, Using false documents to be employed, Using false documents with intent to defraud the United States, Aggravated identity theft, Alien smuggling,(Income Tax Evasion exceedng $10,000), and illegal re-entry to the USA after prior deportatin are all felony crimes.
As are many other felony crimes committed by illegal aliens in this country.

You are uninformed, as are "three other people".

Civil offenses do not carry federal prison sentences as penalties
.
First offense illegal entry across the US border without inspection carries a maximum penalty of 6 months in federal prison, which makes illegal entry to the USA a CRIME.

Hello everybody!

I'm wonder what would happen if we deport all immigrants, well maybe most of the hospitality business would become in a caos, since most of the hotels and restaurants run due to the cheap illegal workers in there, they cook, clean, sweap streets, fix your gardens, jobs that the mayority of "nationals" don't want!!

When was the last time that you visit a restaurant or a hotel, or a supermarket? Tonight? Yesterday? How was the food? Fresh? Tasty? Well most of the food that you eat rhere is made with vegetables that illegal immigrants crop for you! In a very hard work that "citizens" do not want, and thanks God you can get those cheap vegetables and meat in the suppermarkets, thanks God and thanks to the cheap-paid illegal workers!

Most of them pay taxes, but they don't claim benefits!

Now (thanks God and thanks to some wise people that trust in me) I'm a proud entreprenur that runs a company in this country and provide work for some of your "fellows" I don't belive in borders, I believe in humanity! And yes I spend many days and nights serving you in those "hospitality places too" those places that you enjoy everyday!

My skin has not color! My heart has no laws! My smartness has no borders! And my love for my fellows and for you doesn't require green card!

American Workers Continue to Pick up Jobs Left Vacant by Immigration Raids

A new report in USA Today finds that unemployed U.S. citizens continue to
fill up jobs left vacant by immigration raids, particularly at meatpacking
and poultry plants. The reports says that plants impacted by the raids were
back up and running at full capacity within months of the raids.
Vanderbilt University professor Carol Swain said the raids were beneficial
to the American workforce.

"Whenever there's an immigration raid, you find white, black and legal
immigrant labor lining up to do those jobs that Americans will supposedly
not do," Prof. Swain said in the USA Today article.

The USA Today report cites a study conducted by Steven Camarota at the
Center for Immigration Studies that found Americans holding the majority of
positions in fields that many claim are dominated by illegal aliens.

Illegal Aliens Receive Billions in IRS Tax Benefits

Friday, 23 Sep 2011 05:17 PM

By James Walsh

On July 7, 2011, the U.S. Department of Treasury's inspector general for tax administration issued a startling report entitled "Individuals Who Are Not Authorized to Work in the United States Were Paid $4.2 Billion in Refundable Credits."

No wonder the nation's finances are in turmoil.

.

******It is clear that unauthorized aliens are filing ITIN tax returns with fraudulent data. The Treasury report found that "One common type of fraudulent refund involves taxpayers fabricating a Wage and Tax Statement(Form W-2) that shows excess withholding and results in a tax refund."******

Illegal Aliens Gang Rape Girl For 2 Days

&fe ature=related

Previously deported illegal alien charged in fatal rape of infant

Albuquerque, NM - On Thursday, Bernalillo County Sheriff's Deputies arrested and charged Juan Galindo, 37, with aggravated rape and child abuse resulting in death, after family members discovered the 1-month-old victim bloody and unresponsive.

Galindo was babysitting the infant while her mother reportedly went to a nearby casino.

Detectives believe the baby was actually Galindo's daughter, though another man has come forward claiming he is in fact the father. A DNA test is being conducted to confirm paternity.

When deputies arrived at the home around 4:00 a.m., the girl was already dead.

According to charging documents, the baby was found badly beaten with two black eyes, blood filling her onesie pajamas. She had a bite mark on her cheek, a lacerated liver as well as anal and vaginal tearing.

Illegal aliens are not "immigrants". Immigration is a legal process which illegal aliens have not applied for, or followed.

Hotel and restaurant jobs and construction jobs are jobs Americans do work, have always worked, and will work.
FYI, there are not millions of "crop picking" jobs in the USA.
In fact, according to the USA Dept of Labor Statistics, there are only about 100,000 illegal aliens working at "crop picking" in the USA, there are 200,000 LEGAL green card H-1V visa holders picking crops and the remainder of farm jobs, over 200,000 are being done by LEGAL United States citizens.
Illegal aliens are not "picking the food" we eat, nor are they doing all of anything else for us.

Illegal aliens are not paying taxes on the illegal work they do, while they are in the USA illegally. They are either committing the crime of income tax evasion, or they are committing the crime of working with fraudulent ID/social security number, which is a felony crime. If they are using fraudulent SS numbers they are not "paying taxes" on their illegally earned income.

There would be no negative impact if all illegal aliens were deported, in fact it would clear out a lot of serious problems which are bankrupting our states, our cities, our counties, and our nation.
