No reform necessary, just enforce the existing laws and all will be fine. Deport all illegal aliens, fine and or jail those who employ and or otherwise harbor or assist the criminals, stop giving the breeders birthright citizenship and hence the welfare for their jackpot babies and problem is solved.

Have you been following the news the past few years? Deportations are at record levels and the the flow of illegal immigrants into the country is now measured in negative numbers. There are more people leaving the country then there are entering it. More enforcement under Obama than any of his predecessors.
By the way, what did you mean when you mentioned France and Greece? You do realize that neither country has any immigration laws of their own. They are both part of the EU.
Have you been following the news lately?

We have an estimated 12 ~ 18 million illegals in this country, so obviously, deportations are abysmal & Obama has given hundreds of thousands a free pass.

I mentioned France and Greece because they know how to use immigration laws, something which seems to have escaped our government.

He has also posted on other sites that border jumping is back up again and claims it is proof the economy is improving - totally ignoring the fact that Border Patrol and ICE have been neutered and they believe amnesty is in the works.

Let us not forget the recent news of how Odummer had ICE include in their deportation numbers people turned away at the borders so in actually those were not deportations at all.
Now all an illegal alien has to do is look under 30 and tell ICE that they were brought here as a young child and ICE has to let them go under Odummers amnesty. They dont even have to prove anything they say, ICE has to take the criminal at their word and let them go.

Never have said any such thing. Being both stupid and a liar never impresses anybody.

Wow. You really do not follow the news. You just pull stuff out of your ass.

I am still confused with your affinity toward French and Greek immigration policies. Neither country has any immigration laws. None. Zero. Nada. What part of that is so hard for you to understand?

Here is some advice for you. You clearly do not understand what is happening here in America so do not even bother opining on other countries.

Kennedy drafted the bill, pushed it through the Senate. He stood on the floor of the Senate and guaranteed the borders would be secured and immigration laws enforced. We all know how that turned out.
Reagan reluctantly signed it and later said it was the most regrettable action he ever took.
If you think another amnesty is going to be any different than the past 7, you've been drinking too much liberal kool-aid.

I have a black and white dog named Obama. He crapped on my new Persian rug that I just had imported from Benghazi. He was mad because I ran out of his treats and hadn't gotten back from the store yet with his two favorites, Guinness and termites on a stick. He tried to cover the mess up with his toys and a pillow and whatever he could find. But it still stunk to high heaven. Now there is nothing to do but uncover it, deal with it, and punish that bad dog. My house is painted White. I cannot allow him back in it after what he did. BAD DOG. Where's my newspaper?

the only hispanic that seems to be popular right now is marco rubio.

and frankly, after the con job pushed by obama, I'm not sure we're ready for another one by someone else just yet.

like obama, rubio doesn't have a history of solving problems. he's a good orator like obama. but that's not enough.

All illegal aliens who apply for this amnesty-by-a-bogus-name, need to be required to pay a $5,000 fine for entering the US illegaly, or a $5,000 fine for violating the terms of their visa.

They need to pay an additional $5,000 fine for being here present in violation of law, a separate crime every one of them has committed. And it should be $5,000 PER year they have lived here illegally.
In addition, if they have worked here, and did not pay taxes, they need to be held responsible for that crime, just like citizens are if we do not pay taxes. They need to pay all back taxes, with compounded interest and fines per year, and an additional $5,000 for violating tax laws while being here illegally.
If they worked here with a fraudulent ID and social security number, that is a felony crime. They need to charged with that felony crime and pay fines persuant to that crime, which is $250,000.00 or be deported without a hearing, with a felony record.
If illegal aliens have used any kind of social services, food stamps, medical etc...(including for their US born kids), they should have to pay the taxpayers back every penny they took, and in addition fined another $5,000 for ripping the taxpayers off.
Since they were not here legally, all illegal aliens with children who attended school should have to reimburse the taxpayers the entire cost of educating their children here.

They should be given a set time, such as within 90 days to pay all the fines, or they will be deported.
Any and all illegal aliens who do not pay the fines, do not apply for legalization, or who fail the application process, will be deported without hearings.

There should be no illegal alien allowed to apply for any amnesty until the border has been secured completely for at least 5 years, with not one single illegal alien entering illegally. Until that happens there cannot be any consideration of any kind of amnesty for illegal aliens.

can't we just enforce the current laws?

an amnesty like the one that these pro-illegals are pushing for does not take into consideration the actual numbers that would be eligible for the amnesty.

they say there is an "estimated" 11 million illegals out there.

but what happens if there are more? like 30 million? or even 50 million?

imagine allowing 50 million in all at once into our country?

it would be like an invasion. no. we need to control the numbers to ensure that the current landscape of our country is stable.
