Since things are out of control, this at least attempts to dilute the peasant rampage that is going on.

This whole thing is crazy, why do we need immigrantss of ANY kind at this moment? America has to get its house in order and stop say, y'all come!

we don't need immigrants at this time, those in charge need to put on the brakes for quite awhile and start taking up the cause of citizens. we are being sold out to the tune of over a million immigrants every year and thats not including the illegal aliens who are swarming in to to the obama shamnesty.

cheap skate employers are taking full advantage of all the imports to keep wages low as is what happens when there are more workers than jobs,so the legal immigrants get right into welfare, and the illegals do the same as soon as they can drop a kid.

Exactly, corporate America especially created an artificial shortage of educated and/or experienced workers by outsourcing for decades. It's not that Americans can't or won't do the work they don't have the incentive or money to get trained/degreed in many of those fields.

Many of the imported degree workers get degrees paid for by their government and/or including housing. It's a different situation but it not for lack of trying by Americans.

But again corporate America wants to treat salaried and hourly employees like contractors meaning you have to train and license yourself. That would be fine if it weren't for the prohibative costs they should be fronting and can front. The average American can't compete and/or devote money to the training and education many of these visa workers get for free. Nor will they tolerate the type of conditions and/or pay because they know better.

A visa worker is nothing but another sub contractor working an outsourced job corporate America wants little or nothing to do with.

folks cry when jobs are outsource yet do not even see more immigrants are just costing citizens jobs making it just about the same as if it was off shore.

we need to stop all immigration for at least 10 years for starters or longer until our own people are back to work and the country is running in the right direction.

I don't know if you have head about this one yet, but illegal alien domestics and nannies are getting together to protest their wages and working conditions. They complain that they don't make enough to support familes, etc.

They don't know this, but this is their kiss of death, this is the last thing our business community wants, this is the reason they stopped hiring Americans!!!! Time to bring in the new load of illegal aliens who are willing to work for peanuts in crap!!!

Also, I was reading the Hispanic Congressional Caucus' demands for CIR. They want them to make wages that are fair as with all other employees. No kidding, check it out. They want them to get everything we get once they are here...only humane thing to do!

We have an over abundance of degreed Americans that cannot find permanent jobs in this Country. Importing hundreds of educated immigrant's is our Government's way of getting a larger tax base, which of course is insane to the millions of US Student's paying back millions in Student loan debt. We need Leaders in charge of this Country.

Because American doctors make too much money. If we can import doctors, insurance companies and private hospitals can pay their CEO's higher salaries and bonuses.

It helps to cut funding for public education and getting Americans addicted to ipods and texting. By dumbing down Americans, we can import doctors, pay them less. It's a win win for corporate globalists. They pay less taxes (defunding public education) and reap big rewards (pay the foreigners less, give themselves bonuses).

Do you see the pattern across the board? America and the rest of the West are on a downward spiral for the benefit of the neo-Robber Barons. If you ain't rich like the Rmoneys who won't share their tax returns, you are a neo-serf.

Yeah, you have to wonder, why don't dumb immigrants just STFU and allow themselves to be exploited, like the rest of us who let the GOP do what it wants regardless of elections?????

Yeah, but smart Americans don't want to live in the Red States. Immigrants don't care and as doctors, they can drug their dopey Republican patients.

The truth is that Republicans LOVE Indian doctors probing them, their wives, and their daughters. They say the darker the berry, the sweeter the juice. Besides, eventually you can kind of get used to their accents and broken English. It's not like your medicine is that important.

That is so true. American professionals have to payback high school loans from many years of college. Imported professionals don't have debt because the have socialized public schools that cost little or nothing and they don't have to take the same courses that Americans do.

Bottom-line: Don't kid yourself, if it's a Republican idea, it's only good for the 1%. Their proposals never help the vanishing Middle Class. They want a society of Robber Barons (less than 1%) and serfs (the rest of us). Thankfully, Patriotic Americans and all Westerners are hopefully WAKING UP.

Hopefully, the Asians will also start demanding a living wage.

what better way to get more to come than to treat them better than citizens? they do so many things that would have a citizen locked up and it is over looked.

for starters if they planned on coming here they conspired to commit a federal crime. citizen would go to jail

used organized crime."smugglers" to get here.have to check on if that is illegal.

some brought kids with them,"child endangerment" citizen would go to jail and may lose their kids for this.

id theft, citizens would go to jail. combine all those crimes together and a citizen would be in prison for awhile.

the list goes on so it looks like the gov is giving out special treats to them in order to get more to come.
