Justice Kennedy writes muddled opinions and is highly religious himself and has a history of deference to religious claims in his decisions, despite his swing vote resulting in his writing many of the most important pro lgbt opinions in the Court's history.

Now we have the Leftist press telling the LGBT perverts they have to watch their mouths and maintain a more secretive assault on everything Western civilization has ever accomplished.

Hey cretin, I'm curious, what in your fractured, uneducated mind makes you capitalize "Leftist" but not "press" in that sentence? I mean, neither should be capitalized, I am just curious as to your "reasoning" on that.

Also, the two CO Civil Rights Commission personnel who made the (defensible) statements about religion are not known to be lgbt. You're lost in a fever dream of super stupidity again.

The arrogance and forgetfulness of you freaks is endlessly surprising. Here over the last two years I've expanded your vocabulary and taught you everything you know about grammar and you have the nerve to question capitalization. What hubris!

I suggest you actually read the court's summation and opinions and pay special attention to where Justice Kennedy writes about there actually being a problem in the
Colorado Commission's law as it is insensitive to the first amendment rights of religious people. You folks are ignoring that part.
Yes, the commission's personnel was also insensitive and disrespectful during the proceedings.
I also recommend you read the opinions of Justices Thomas, Alito, Kagan, and Gorsuch.
Do yourself a favor and study what they said. Your cause is not as strong as you folks are telling yourselves, each other, and all the rest of us.

You've never read a summation or opinion in your life, let alone one from Justice Kennedy I suspect.

No one is ignoring that part, it is you who are ignoring the entire rest of the decision.

While it is a victory for Jack in that he won, he didn't really win anything. The rules on the ground are the same, and if he did the same thing today, he would still be guilty of a crime.

The sooner you come to grips with reality, the better.

You are right.

I have researched this issue for over 15 years now. I have research the LGBT beginnings with paedophiles and tgat agenda. I have read the NAMBLA articles about infiltration, not assimilation. I have read their strategies to get in the classroom, bathrooms, showers, lockers, bedrooms, and minds of our children. They will say now, that they have disavowed NAMBLA, but yet they have not disavowed one prominent gay paedophile:
Oscar Wilde
Walt Whitman
Harry Hay
Harvey Milks
Barack Obama
Hillary Clinton
George Soros
John Podesta

Dont get carried away.

Alito, Kagan, and For such dud bot wrote opinions. Bader Ruth wrote a dissenting, wirh Sotomayer in agreement. Kennedy wrote the majority opinion, with Kagan, Brewer, Gorsuch in agree.....( I may have medsed up Brewer) and Thomas wrote a supporting opinion with Alito in agreement.

What Thomas said is the heart of the master. We are one justice away from rhat conservative shift.

I acknowledged what Kennedy wrote, moron. I added on, despite his several seminal pro lgbt opinions written for the Court, that he writes muddled opinions.

The statements those two members of CO Commission made about religion were obviously based in fact. In fact terrible things have been done in the name of religion. That is factual. Just think what you think about islam for half a second and even a moron like you will realize that I, and the Commissioner who said that, are correct.

His victory is hollow as he is still bound by the law. The only thing that has changed is that the legal decision against him was set aside, but he still can't operate as he would like to. If you think that is a great victory, then you are an imbecile.

Tell me how the wall is going. Trump is, at best, an ineffective President. At worst, his actions will precipitate a trade war, which he will not win, and will result in markedly worse trade deals for the United States, which will precipitate a recession. Your inability to see or acknowledge reality isn't really my problem, yet.

And yet, Jack's business is down by 40%, by his own estimation; and the decision doesn't do anything to change that fact. If Jack were to return to selling wedding cakes, he would still have to offer them to any same sex couples who sought his services. Not to mention the work he would have to do to repair his reputation, which is has damaged badly with his bigoted actions.

If you think that immigration is well in hand, or that Kim Jong Un coming to the table with the President is a sign of progress, then you are as gullible as the President. Kim is playing him, illegal immigration isn't well in hand, and the greatest problem with this country is that it is run by someone as stupid as you. Actually, I think he trumps your intelligence by a half a dozen IQ points.
