Judicial Activism. The court is not nuetral or driven by the law. They are poltical appointees meaning they were picked and approved by politicians accompanied by all the deal making ickyness associated with politics.

The court if nothing else needs more transparency to lift he vail of secrecy that gives it it's mystic and power. I want to see and hear the judges ask questiosns. I want to see the bias, prejudices and treatment of the lawyers. I want to see how these lawyers act before the court-did they blow it.

The court is like a baseball umpire. Their 'call' is it. Mayhe the court needs instant reply.
