More evidence old Antonin Scalia may be losing it. Calling a federal judge a liar shows he lacks judicial temperament.

Say you disagree, say he's wrong, demonstrate how he's wrong. Any of those are appropriate. Schoolyard taunts by a Supreme Court Justice demean the Bench...

Responding to the fraudulent Left in America is sometimes necessary, especially when they take pains to accuse one of intellectual dishonesty, which is what the Appeals Court Judge did in his criticism of Scalia. The Left assumes they are correct simply by opening their mouthes and yammering; Leftist crap arrogantly says that no one can address their dishonesty. Scalia is crystal clear.

Scalia's statements include enough bullshit to fertilize a field of corn.

You have to ask for a recount of Scalia's marbles when he asserts that the Constitution does not consider the death penalty to be cruel and unusual punishment. Sure, and Hitler was just a mischief-maker.

Yet Mr_Bill belives that the death pnalty is only appropriate for crimes against the nation, treason, spying, &c. not for any state crime.

In spite of Scalia's basic and profound ignorance of the founding father's intentions, the US Constitution truly is a living document whose structure may be interpreted and re-interpreted as our circumstnces, such a they are, change. It is further alterable by amendment, whch allows us to incorporate new concepts and worlds which did not exist in 1789.
