I believe that Obama sincerely thinks none of the Constitutional or Congressional constraints on the Executive branch apply to him or his administration.

90 days so far, 3 months, and Obama in all of his intellectual superiority said at the beginning that it will be over in a few days. Meanwhile NATO is running our of armaments and Kadafi is playing chess with the Russians.
