rather telling that Herger would hold his meeting in the Farm Bureau offices, home of some of the last troglodytes in the County.

It would have been nice if he'd announced the meeting sooner - seeing it announced in the paper the day of the meeting didn't give working people a chance to attend.

At least the Republicans are talking to the people...unlike the cowardly Democrats who voted for the biggest scam since Social Security, ObummerCare, and do not have the guts to face the people!

May I remind you "Mr/Mrs/Ms "IRONY", some of those "troglodytes" have been and still are the backbone of this county, which you are obviously not.

That was by design. It was no accident that the meeting was announced to the public only hours before the meeting, thereby depriving his constituency in Yolo County the opportunity to dialogue with him at a public forum.

Would you enlighten us, since in the mix of the sarcasm and name calling I missed all of your reasoning. Is there a point?

It doesn't "tell" me anything, since he also visited the Fair and I am sure other places.

I've seen Herger at a number of events over the past year; if he's trying to hide from constituents (as some commentators suggest), he's doing it rather poorly.

That this particular event didn't work for some people is not too surprising; but if one is interested in seeing the congressman, it's easily doable.

But then, it's even easier to complain, I suppose.
