Ms. Urseny should be grateful that marijuana growing is keeping the economies of small Northern California towns alive and kicking, rather than the snide derision she dishes out in this particular column. How myopic can she get?

Delivering water to pot gardens and local truck farmers in our aria would be a good use for all the many fire trucks we have. Rather than hauling around loads of wax asking for money.
