So Pete Stiglich loses the GOP election to Herger, and simply cannot be man enough to accept the will of the voters. So now Stiglich is carrying water for the Democrat, and furthering a smear campaign against Herger. Pete should just make it official and switch parties.

Why stop there, Mr. Stiglich?
Shouldn't voters also get to know whether Mr. Herger has stopped beating his wife? I mean, of course it would be a little suspicious if the only source of the question was from the congressman's opponent, without a single shred of evidence to suggest that there is such an issue, but nevertheless, aren't voters entitled to know the truth?
Go get 'em, Mr. Stilglich. You keep right on standing up to powerful interests (that you just so happened to lose an election to), in order to fight for the voters' right to know whether there might be an issue with an incurable disease, or wife-beating, or puppy-kicking, or lollypop-stealing, or any other notion that your buddy Mr. Reed tells you is an issue.
