Need to go get the bogus Phillip Carter who sells his soul every election for all the absentee votes he can sign and bring in.Just ask his price.Hes a liar and thug just like most politicians who sell their souls.Look and see how many absentee votes he brings to the table each election and also the politicians who have bought his services--yes he does have a price.

my grandma said they used to throw out republican votes in Paragould in the old days and it's just easier now to get away with it since they are all crooks instead of just most

Yep, Arkansas, land of crooked politics, drunks and drug addicts, sex addicts, cigarette addicts, and gossip addicts. Not to mention the kids being meaner than their parents with each new generation. Arkansas should be a very interesting wasteland within the next few generations. I'll be glad to go back to Africa, so much more civilized.
