Iowa loses a seat in the US House

We should just split Iowa with Missouri. They can have the bottom half, MN will take the top half.

Yeah, like anyone in Iowa would join a state with Dayton as mayor of a city, much less governor. And then there is the Franken/Klobuchar thing..........Iowa might take a southern part of Minnesota, draw the line at the southern borders of St Paul and Minneapolis.

Nobody has ever "lived" in that state. It's purely pass through and fly-over land.

Thats funny, most of the U.S. considers "us"(Minnesota) as "flyover country".
