Quaid testifies of peril to newborn twins

Actor Dennis Quaid told Congress on Wednesday of a harrowing, near-fatal drug mixup in which his newborn twins were administered 1,000 times the normal dose of a blood thinner. via The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

The heparin debacle continues and while legislators and regulators spar with Baxter and the Chinese allegedly responsible for tainting the supply of the blood-thinner, neither side is considering the 80-plus people who have died after being injected with the drug or the thousands more injured.
