Buying foriegn weapons and vehicles for our military is rediculous. There are people from theses industries who are out of work, all so we can provide jobs forAirbus or Beretta.

One of the premier arms manufacturer, Winchester, is pretty much out of business. They made some of the worlds best firearms, and would be today if given a contract. Same with Smith and Wesson, Remington and Marlin. These industries have been beaten into the ground by the Democrats and unfairly taxed.

There should not be a case where the US military has to purchase foriegn weapons or equipment.

I agree, the US Military should only purchase weapons and equipment from US companies.

But...welcome to the New World Order.

Boeing uses overseas non-american contractors to build a lot of the products that U think are american made, and if not for the laws to stop Boeing, Lockheed or Northrop from exporting our technology to 3rd world countries and using these countries to build our most Secret weapons for the lease cost they would do it....

Boeing was caught cheating on thefirst tanker deal, Darlene D, Mike Sears and a host of other Boeing higher up were force to quit or went to jail, and then they out done by Northrop on the last tanker bidding because Boeing did not offer a good product and then cried foul when the lost the contract to Northrop ........

Boeing is trying the old "best 2 out of 3, no wait, best 3 out of 5, no wait, best 5 out of 7 deal" in "winning" the new contract. They have proven that their management will cheat like heck or do anything to influence the awarding of the contract to themselves. Look at the way they continue to get orders for more un-needed C17s.
