Why is everyone picking on the Union people???? Why not make the Rich Ohioians start paying alittle higher tax???? States that have the rich paying more are NOT having these budget problems!
Karon...nice. All of the "Rich Ohioians" have already moved out of state. Myself included. What do you propose now?

Strickand is not a champion for anything. He is a sore loser, and unlike most politicians that get their butt handed to them in an election result; He continues to run his pipe.
Man, it is really disgusting and distasteful. Whining, complaining, acting arrogant. I don't care if the guy was correct about stuff, you don't do things the manner that he is.

Ohio needed an enema to flush out Bob Taft. After that, Ohio was left with a hemorrhoid named Ted Strickland.

And given the political "climate" over the last two plus years, where do you think he (and the REST of the "libs") LEARNED such a effective and valuable tactic? It seems to me that ones who hate "arrogance" the most are the arrogant.

Government figures show that inflation-adjusted per capita income in six right-to-work states increased at a 6.9% annual rate over the past 10 years. In contrast, incomes contracted at a 0.5% rate in six unionized upper-Midwest states over the same period, as many high-paying automotive and other manufacturing jobs disappeared and foreign auto makers concentrated nearly all of their new investment in right-to-work states.

Really? Governor Kasich says this reform is an effort to restore balance. I like that idea. So, when do government workers start making the same money as the private sector?...can't wait to see an agency director making the same as a corporate CEO.

Another reason why I'll never vote for strickland agin. The man doesn't get it, we are BROKE and we can never let the teacher's union hold our children hostage while they negotiate for better benefits than the one's who pay their wages receive themselves!

And no one saw this coming with the election of Republicans, sworn to uphold nonentity corporations to keep their reelection coffers full while letting the Human Beings who keep this country afloat accept their fate?
Then may it happen to all of you who voted for the end of a functioning Humanity to satisfy your greed and stupidity.
Soon.

Right now.
Ted, you were voted out by the majority for just this reason, moron, you and all the other cry babies now have to set back and see what the real tax payers, those of us that actually pay taxes want. We want a balanced buget, reform from speading, smaller govenment, etc. Now is the time for responsible change, get over it!

Its amazing how Ohioans are expecting to keep the same benefits as they did before the economic slump. Kasich has to cut spending, ITS ILLEGAL IN OHIO for the government to be in debt. It's also interesting how people expect Kasich to fix Stricklands 4 years of mistakes in 2 months. Good Job Ohio! I'm in high school and I have more sense then some of you.
And P.S. who do you think was Stricklands greatest campaign contributors? HMMMMM UNIONS. no shit hes going to support them

I doubt it was a "stupid" teacher who failed to teach you to spell.

Never accepting responsibility and living as a Republican never required to think for yourself gets you nowhere in the end.

Too bad you can't see that "nowhere" is actually 'somewhere' in the end and you won't like that anymore than you liked your fellow Humans.
