The man has no shame because he has always gotten away with it and the statute of limitations is always up...well Ohio do something about it. Lets implement some justice for a change. Heaven help us.

Did he play sports for OSU? That's the only way you can get a degree from OSU without attending classes.

Didn't attend classes and got a degree from OSU. He must have been an athlete.

Who does this guy think he is to have potentially ruined this guys life. Did it make him feel powerful or something? Did he think it would bolster his reputation? Regardless, he deserves to be in prison and pay some sort of restitution to the people he affected. Maybe the state should start reaching in to their pockets as well for hiring him.

I would say prosecutors pushed this guy so they would be guaranteed A conviction. Now its going to come back on them . This guy is a phony and needs jail time and loss of his license . The prosecutors in this case need disbarred and prison time for conspiracy.

Not only were people potentially convicted by mistake, think about all the people that were rightfully guilty that will probably get out of jail for free thanks to this guy. Also, I'm sure there will be millions of taxpayer dollars paid out for wrongful imprisonment.

Didn't anyone ever think to check his credentials earlier? At a basic job now they comb your background, degree, references...but this guy was given the power to testify against others and was not credentialed to do so??? Wow, amazing to me!!

They haven't even mentioned that the guy taught courses at COTC or traveled and taught courses to many that are active in the field now. Yes the idiot that can't pass the basics in the area taught on drugs and alcohol change within the body etc....leading to a slew of convictions all over the state...it's PUBLIC RECORD. He taught these continuing education courses that creditialized people not just in the state of Ohio...but in many states...he has not only wreaked havoc on the lives of those he touched but on the lives of many more...teaching inappropriate unscientific methods for which people now follow because they thought it to be correct.

This is an embarassment to Ohio State and the Ashland County Prosecutors Office. He actually needed 6 more classes to earn a degree in toxicology? Wow, how did they miss that on the background check? In 1988 position such as that would require an official transcript. This man is entitled to sue the state because of this. He may have sold something to his friend but his friend wasn't under the influence of it during the crash. I hate to say this but Ohio State and Ashland County need to be punished over this.

NOthing like ruining someones life by his lies during trial. How many people were wrongly convicted using his bogus testimony?

Hate to say it...but that happens with 'The Good Ol' Boy' system quite a lot!
In this case... it's probably sent a lotta' folks to prison that don't need to be there... or a least not as long!!
And that's why we need the appeals process in the judicial system, instead of taking the accused and sentenced, out and just executing them like some folks on here rant about!
it may not be perfect...but the system does work.
Let's not break that along with everything else all you extreme right-winged anarchist
would like to do!

Was this man ever punished for his crime of lying??
He has ruined alot of lives and seems to show no remorse maybe if he had to sit in a prison cell he would think diffferent of his actions.

My guess is that he will be facing a series of civil suits. This is far from over for him. I would suggest he find a good lawyer.

He wasn't driving on Xanax and according to the MD neither was the Kid who was in the driver's seat. Alcohol and cocaine was her official finding

Nothing like a jerk FOS to ruin other peoples lives through deception and ruthless behavior. As far as I'm concerned, ALL of the cases he was involved with need turned over and retried. At his expense.
