Another leftist excuse to keep alive pieces of trash who don't give a rat's behind whom they kill or how inhumanely. Wonder how Judge would feel if it were his family that was savagely murdered? Oh, that's right, different rules for liberal judges....oops! my bad!

My sentiments exactly. First cut his throat like he did Mr Ray's and then kick him in head to make sure he's dead.

Judge Frost is a longtime Republican, was appointed to his current seat by George W. Bush, and was previously the repeatedly-elected Republican common pleas judge in Licking County, hardly a bastion of liberalism.

Just, you know, for the facts part of it.

Safe for a few more days......seriously, who cares what happens as long as they die. If you are sentenced to death, you should probably be put to death. Sounds simple to me.

Judge Frost is a liberal activist loon.

I sat on a civil case he adjudicated. He was truly disappointed when we ended up in a hung jury, because he wanted the plaintiff to collect cash $$$. I was the lone hold out in a 8-1 decision. When they came back and re-tried the case, the result was 9-0 against the plaintiff (I was vindicated). I can only imagine how pissed Frost was that time around....

He seems to forget his job is to insure that justice is served. Very dissappointing.

Did this trash bag submit a sanctioned protocal to the State of Ohio in advance for approval before he cut his victims throat and smashed his skull with his boot?

"Dude", this is not state or county court. This is FEDERAL court. Federal judges have no party "affiliation". You can't say "He's a Republican".

You can say he was nominated to the bench by a Republican President, but that is hardly the same thing. Do justices Souder and Stevens mean anything to you? They were both nominated by Republican presidents but were very liberal judges.

Stay out of the deep end of the pool, OK pal?

Liberals (both Republican liberals and Democrat liberals) complain that the hanging, electric chair and gas chamber (though efficient) were cruel. Now the whining is that the chemicals don't follow certain protocals and mixtures (as if these judges were doctors or chemists). The problen with capital punishment is all the delays. In the 1940's there was a single appeal and then death. What liberals do with all the delaying tactics is to make the law and not interpret it. This man killed like a savage and derserves to die like one.

In some states there are other methods to put death row inmates to death if they opt for those methods. Does Ohio have other another option (or options) besides lethal injection? Not that the inmate would choose another option, I'm just kinda wondering.

If lethal injection is declared unconstitutional in Ohio, then the state returns to using electrocution by the electric chair. Perhaps these criminals would rather be cooked alive or fried while alive? They should take the needle over electric chair because then they could fall asleep instead of waiting for the deadly jolt to hit them.
