I hope that Strickland will not run for governor of Ohio. We need someone who will risk being unpopular over some issues if it if for the good of Ohio. Kasich goes too far with saving money, but Strickland didn't do enough. Can the Democrats come up with someone who will hire people who are best for the job, forget the buddy and payback system? Someone who will be watchful with the budget, and who will find cuts to put more money into equal education for all Ohio children, and improve our prison inmates living conditions and education in trades.

The prisoners have it too good as it is. Why do you suppose the US has the highest percentage of her population locked up than any other industrialized country in the world?
The US also leads the world in education money per student. Last I looked, I think the average cost per capita is like $12,000. Yet we only have mediocre results to show for it.
