Yeah Ted Strickland appointed McGee Brown just like most of the lifelong democrats politicians. Once they get appointed we never seem to get rid of them.
Brown has long been on the fast track by her cronies. However, that does not make her a good judge.

Ted Strickland, in one of his final acts as Governor, gave us a remarkable jurist for the ages. A people's judge, Yvette Mcgee Brown is everything we need from our justices: smart, humble, deliberative, considerate, and decisive. I regret that the significance of this appointment moment failed to register with our previous commentators.
